ACNE!!!!!! Need acne creams or treatment recommendations pls. Very oily skin and sensitive. It’s soo hard.

ACNE!!!!

I noticed it doesnt do anything for my acne probe skin.

Not a bad cleanser but for my sensitive oily skin i dont think it does much for me. Although i like that it doesnt leave skin dry and dehydrated

After using everyday for about 3 days i started getting a few spots. A couple of days later i have these 2 really painful spots but they’re under the skin rather than above so i couldnt treat with a pimple patch. Just have to lay off now. Also due to the weather change i think its a bit too oily for my akin too. Might be best for really dry winter days. Will be stopping anf hopefully try next winter

First day it was soo good. Used it by itself. 
Not a bad product at all but i think my skin is a bit too sensitive for it
My most oily part which is my nose was very good for it because it reduced the okl production. Its very liquid
