Shade 103 Tarte is a soft muted pink that looks elegant and natural. The jelly texture feels smooth and gives a glossy, juicy finish without being too heavy. Color payoff is good, but it does need touch-ups after eating. Comfortable, hydrating and pretty, though a bit sticky if applied too much.
