I love it and how thick yet not heavy it is

This toner is my GOAT. It doesn’t break me out or cause any damage to my skin and it’s very hydrating. I use it morning and night after cleansing

I do not see anything currently bad about it

It has fragrance and may not be perfect for oily skin
