Any good recs for body sunscreen? Not a big fan of the heavy sunscreen smell in generic American brands like Neutrogena and Coppertone, but the Korean ones I’ve seen are so small. 

Would prefer cleaner ingredients, but it’s sunscreen so I know that’s hard to avoid. Nivea is most people’s choice, but my body doesn’t seem to like it very much since I’ve broken out into hives before from it.

Body sunscreen recommendations

No fragrance, so it very smells strongly of the ingredients. Not a good smell in my opinion, and completely overpowers your senses. The scent does fade away after about 2 hours though, but not something I like to smell even for just a couple minutes. I didn’t break out immediately from this, but it was a sort of gradual time period of constant use where I would start to get one or two white heads every 2 weeks. I’m also not sure that the spf is that effective but I haven’t tested it in the summer sun yet

It’s lightweight and easy apply, doesn’t leave me too greasy as someone with combination/oily skin. I look glowy, but it doesn’t feel oily or heavy at all. No white cast, and the watery formula makes me feel hydrated throughout the whole day. It’s great for my semi- sensitive skin since the formula is so mild and didn’t cause any redness or rashes. I don’t think I would continue using this on my face since I’m not a fan of the glowy look as someone with a naturally oily tzone, but I think the high spf would be great for me to use on my less oily parts such as my neck and jaw line. 

Broke out within a couple hours of using this, so I guess it’s not meant for combination/oily skin. The oils from the orange fragrance also separates pretty easily from the cream so I typically have to mix it up a little before use. It made me a little shiny after a whole day of use, but applied like a lightweight lotion for the most part. 

I like the subtle orange smell that masks the scent of the ingredients, but it might be too heavy for some that haven’t used fragranced sunscreens. It goes on super easily and didn’t leave me feeling heavy or oily at all despite my usual tzone oil. It absorbs super quickly without leaving a white cast. It feels like a water cream with the added benefits of having spf. Super affordable price for a good amount on sun protection 

Nothing to complain about at all, but I would recommend a small patch test for any first-timer. It has a lot of acid based ingredients to help exfoliate, and it’s really a hit or miss with people’s skin types. I personally would not use it more than 3x a week. Not sure why it’s named a peeling serum though 

For someone with semi-sensitive skin, I was suprised with how well my skin reacted to this product. I thought it would be more red or have a slight burning, but it actually just left my skin freling super smooth with just a small hint of pore reduction. Didn’t dry out my skin at all, and is a really good price for such an instant result.
