Early win on Coreana and Athé

As much as I genuinely want to keep a routine, my depression and lack of will power isn't helping. Any tips and tricks you learned to help you at least maintain healthy hygiene while being stuck in the bed?

I can't keep a routine

I should have included this in my last question but I have the big depression. I set alarms for my Skincare routine but it doesn't help. I still dont get out of bed. My hygiene suffers.Is there any way I can navigate my routine around my depression to just make it a little easier for me? How do you continue your routine when you're having a down spell 😭

Depression routine?

OK so I just got this from my doctor before my mom passed and I haven't used it because I've been depressed. How am I supposed to use this? It's for hormonal acne (yay because my face looks like the moon) but I didn't receive instructions for it. Do I put it just on the acne or the whole face since it's prone to acne? And like how much? Also this stuff spills out of the tube when I open it so I feel pressured to use all of it that comes out. 
I also get bumps behind my ears and I stabbed some on it and it was reduced the next day but I haven't been consistent with my face because idk how to use it you know?? I don't want to burn my face or something.

Did anybody else hear about the Morphe pallet, eyeliner and Color fix 24 hour cream being recalled for having color additives that the FDA considers dangerous? Will you be throwing them out? Why or why not? 
I personally used it multiple times since it was said and even today so 🤷 but I'm also poor and can't afford to grab another pallet rn lmao

This is so hydrating!!! It's packaging is so so cute as well. It comes with a little spoooon! 

Before using, wash your hands. You don't want to contaminate the product. I personally put it on a cotton pad with the stick provided and then use my hands or I use the pad and gently rub it in on my face. Surprisingly this has worked for me. 
I use this product every single day and night and I have noticed a significant decrease in my acne. This product is alcohol, fragrance, and essential oil free which is great for sensitive skin. I highly highly recommend this product. 

Update: Less is more with this product. It takes just a little dollop to cover my face and neck. I ADORE this collection. 

This has perfume in it so it's not ideal for sensitive skin. 
Sadly, I don't think I will keep this in my routine BUT that doesn't mean it's not ok for your skin. 

This product is very smooth and silky in my opinion. I really enjoy how it just melts into my skin but doesn't leave it feeling really sticky. 

It has fragrance so sadly this will go into my girlfriends skincare routine. I&#39;m sure she&#39;ll love it.

I actually really do love this product. Ever since I received it, it has been my everyday go to toner. I usually wait a few minutes before applying the serum so it's nice and set in. I usually have cystic acne but I noticed a lot of improvement over the last few weeks. Usually they're super huge zits that last weeks but I noticed that they became really small recently and almost healed. The centella is great for acne and it seems to be working quite well on mine paired with the hydrocolloid patches I use at night. It leaves kind of a sheer look almost? Idk I kind of like it. 
I use a site to skim through all the the ingredients so I took some screen shots and posted them below. 

I wanted to like this. I really did. It is honestly very sticky even though on the box it says no oily or sticky feeling. Maybe I used to much but I put it on my neck too and it feels sticky as well. It's not so oily as it's really sticky. Also, maybe it's just my skin, but def felt tingly for a little while. Not super bad it's subsided now. I think it might just be an ingredient that doesn't like me. 

I woke up and my face was kind of oily and gritty almost? Like remember when we'd put glue in our hands and rub it together until we got that weird grit stuff. Yeah, it's kind of like that. Like, it said use an ample amount, and I did. It did make my skin feel less dry but I woke up with like gritty pieces around my mouth and t zone. 
Like, maybe I used to much like I said. I'm about to retry it and see what it feels like after my shower again. I'm going to use a different moisturizer and use toner before to see how it feels. At least we'll know if it's bad to use to much or to figure out which moisturizer is best with it haha.

I put this on after putting on some cerav moisturizer and it did make it feel less dry. 
It's a good emergency or a primer I suppose. 

I'm going to try it again in the morning using less and I will update.
