Will not majorly make differences as it’s not concentrated. Use a diff vit c if you’re looking to lighten dark spots/ scars.

No downside. Product is as described or better. 

Amazing toner! So versatile! Besides using it as a toner you can use it to freshen up by putting it on a wipe or to wipe off your face mask. 

Would recommend!! Removes everything well especially waterproof makeup. 

It is drying. Wouldn’t recommend for the AM. 

It’s a good cleanser for PM as it is more stripping. Helps remove grime and residue makeup. Does it’s job.
