I’m looking for a thick and moisturizing ceramide cream for dry skin. I’m considering the one from Dr. Jart. Is it a good choice, or does anyone have any other recommendations?

My skin is super dry at the moment. It doesn’t feel super sensitive, but really really dry. My hydraulic acid products feels stripping due to the dry air and Norwegian winter. Any product recommendations or tips for extra winter dryness?
