Is it okay to use a chemical exfoliating serum on top of a chemical exfoliating toner or would that be too much on my skin? I was looking at these 3 products buy idk if it's safe to use them on top of each other.

Chemical Exfoliator?

Hello! I need help! Here is some information on me: 

* I am an oily skin type
* I am currently living in a tropical humid type of weather, I live in the US, Hawaii.
* My top skin concerns are getting rid of my acne scars and controlling my acne and oil control (around my hormonal time, on a daily basis my acne is fine).
* My current skin routine is:

AM | COSRX Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser | Clarin's Toning Lotion Normal to Dry Skin Camomile (3 layers) | The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% | Cerave Day Moisturizing Lotion. 

PM | COSRX Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser | ARBONNE FC5 Exfoliating New Cell Scrub (Only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) | Clarin's Toning Lotion Normal to Dry Skin Chamomile (3 layers) | Cerave Night Moisturizing Lotion. 

I am going to restock my skincare routine and I would like to go full Asian products this time around. I've used the Etude House Soon Jung Foaming Cleanser, which I love, and plan on buying that again; but I don't know what to get for toner, exfoliator (chemical or physical, I don't mind), and moisturizer. I might buy the night moisturizer from Cerave again but is there a better moisturizer out there? I've also heard good things from Klaris and I was wondering if most of their products work.

I've wanted to try a lot of Korean products for years but Hawai'i doesn't exactly sell skincare products from Korea on the cheaper side, only the high end products from Korea, any body reccomend where I can buy potential products from? 
  
Also, I watched a couple of videos to get some information. The two chemical exfoliators I came across were the Neogen Bio-Peel Pads and the COSRX BHA 4% Blackhead Power Liquid. Plus some Vitamin C products such as Klarins Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop and the COSRX Tripple C Lightning Liquid. I was wondering if it's okay to use both the Neogen Bio-Peel Pads and the COSRX BHA Power Liquid and when to use them. I'm lost and need help just in case I don't overbuy things I don't need. Thank you!

Asian Skincare you Products Reccomend?

Hello hello! I'm writting this because I'll be staying in Japan for a while and I'm in search of a replacement, preferably a Japanese product. I've been with the Cosrx 4% BHA blackhead power serum for a while and just recently finished it off. I tried looking all over Tokyo for the same serum for the past few days but the stores only have the peptide serum in stock and nothing else from Cosrx. If anybody can give me some recommendations for Japanese exfoliators I would gladly appreciate it!

My skin type is oily and I would prefer if the product isn't a toner since I'm already using the kikumasamune sake toner. My current skin objectives are to just get rid of the dead skin on my face, minimize my pores while controlling sebum, and try to get rid of hyper-pigmentation and acne scars. (On another note I am also taking a Vitamin C product in the morning as well at the moment, so if you believe I don't need anothet product that brightens my dark spots, I'd love that info as well!)
