Hi all, I have been using .025 tretinoin every other day for a bit more than 2 weeks and I have no issues with flakeness, dryness, itching etc. Maybe a little bit of redness the mornings after I use it. Do you think I should start using every day? Or wait a bit longer? Thanks!

Tretinoin help

Hi folks, I am planning on starting tretinoin, so I am working on strengthening my skin barrier and getting my skin used to products that will work well with tretinoin. I am currently using AXIS-Y Sunday Morning Refreshing Cleasing Foam both in the morning and at night. I am quite happy with it but I am not sure if it’s gentle enough to use with tretinoin or it will work with it. I am not planning on doing double cleansing to keep it simple initially.

Has anyone used this product while using tretinoin before? Do you think it would work well? Or should I switch to something else?
