The pump dispenses quite a substantial amount of product so its kinda wasteful.

The texture is like a viscous yet slightly runny aloe vera gel, it cleanses well and it helps with preventing maske, at least for me and it has a subtle tea tree and eucalyptus smell.
It doesnt dry out my skin unlike other tea tree&#47; anti blemish cleanser. 
I would suggest pairing this a cleansing tool to really clean the skin!

It leaves a slight residue on the skin. Not a filmy residue but like a feel of salt yet it is not that obvious to the touch.
It is pricier than the other thermal water brands.

Out of the thermal water brands out there that I have tried, I will say that this one is the most soothing. I think the mineral contents in this brand helps the best in calming irritated skin.

Slightly pricy and I am unable to use all of the product in the bottle.
More of a packaging issue.

This is best soothing product ever, light yet super calming barrier serum. I slather this every night and I can feel that my skin barrier has strengthen and I do not get dry red patches any more. I have used 5 bottles of this and I am still using it. I tried using other products like the cicaplast from LR* but it is not as effective as this.
