I'm a sunscreen newbie.. I tried using these2 sunscreen which unfortunately both of it  caused my face to sting after application. Am I sort of allergic to sunscreen?? I'm not sure the reason that caused this..

Sunscreen causing face to sting

I have combination skin with oily t-zone and dry cheeks. This product totally dries out my cheeks making it flaky and acne on my cheeks, but the oily t-zone area is okay. First and second time of application alsoit stinged my face, but after then it doesn&#39;t sting anymore.I saw some people saying it&#39;s unscented which is kinda weird,cuz it does has a strong and weird smell , and also leaves a sticky feeling after application. Have stopped using this as this sunscreen is not for me.

Has a slight tone up effect that kinda covers my acne scars.

I have combination skin which is oily t-zone and dry cheeks. It leaves a my face kinda oily after application, which also gives an oily glow. Therefore I think this product might not suits people with oily skin which is looking for a lighter moisturizer.

Does moisturize my skin, has a creamy texture that easily absorbs to the skin.

Good toner. It does its job which makes my face feel hydrated and smooth after application. Doesn&#39;t have much scent, and didn&#39;t break me out. However, I found the Cosrx propolis toner way more moisturising than this product.

As a skincare newbie, this is the FIRST serum I&#39;ve ever tried. Everytime it stings and caused my face a bit redness after application. It also dries out my skin badly and worsen my acne.. Since stopped using it, my face gradually recovers. Maybe this product just doesn&#39;t suits my skin.😢

I only used it at night for 2 weeks( 2-3 times per week) and it kinda fades my acne scars.
