I wrote a few reviews over the past days but when I go to check the tiers, it appears as I only wrote 1. The number of events I applied to for example is up to date and accurate. But for the tier it needs 3 written reviews to be eligible for, it only shows as 1/3.

Is this a glitch, did this happen to anyone, am I missing something?

The first review showed up in the tiers section in less than a day I believe, but the others that are 2-3 days old are still not counted.

Nothing really, I only wish I had discovered it earlier

While I've been double cleansing for a while and have tried many products in the process, this was my first Korean cleansing oil and it was love at first use - coming from my combo, sensitive skin, it means a lot 🫶🏻

It's so lightweight but works wonders at removing makeup, including waterproof mascara, while being very gentle with my quite sensitive eyes. Leaves skin feeling really clean and refreshed, no residue or uncomfortable sensation - while I always follow up with a cleansing gel, I tested it on its own too out of curiosity.

I finished a bottle and was trying to do a bit of research to see what I could try next, but I think I'll have to accept that I managed to pick the best one on the first try, give up the unnecessary experiments and just repurchase it😄

I wish there would be % mentioned for the key ingredients.

What I love most about this scalp tonic is that it can be used whenever you want because it's very lightweight and after being absorbed by the scalp and the rest dries on the hair, it doesn't leave any film or residue. If anything I found that it refreshes the roots a bit. I find this a big advantage also because you will spray the product more often so it will work faster than let's say a product you can only use while washing your hair.

It's very soothing and refreshing, the subtle scent is something I personally enjoy. I haven't been using it consistently for very long but I already started to notice less hair loss both on my brush and when washing my hair so I'm really happy with the product, makes me want to try more products from this brand.

I would say it's best suited for oily, combo and normal skin types, just not dry skin.

My combo skin loved this cleanser in the warmer weather, cleans really well and a little goes a long way. Not sure it would be suitable for dry skin though. My cheeks are starting to get a bit drier as the temps drop and after washing my face I could feel a bit of that tightness that I didn't experience before. Would repurchase next summer.

Nothing negativ per se, but an observation: this moisturizer is only 1 ingredient away from being FA safe and while it didn't cause any issues for my skin, I must admit I was a bit reluctant to try it at first. (I don't currently have FA, but I had in the past so I'm trying to be cautious and use FA products whenever possible) I just know if they could make it FA safe, there would be even more people trying it and falling in love with it. 

Genuinely such a good moisturizer that deserves all the hype! Love the lightweight but hydrating texture, doesn't clog my pores, I can easily layer it whenever I feel the need to, looks good under makeup, the size is very generous for a face cream so it lasts a long time. This works wonderfully for my combo, sensitive skin during the cold season, for the summer I mostly use her sister, the oat one.
