I don’t see any changes in my dark spot even though it contain niacinamide.

It is a cheap toner. I would layer this toner 3-4 layers. Don’t have any sticky feelings on skin. Hydrating enough if you layer it a few times. Its suit my sensitive skin

Good for my acne and dry skin! Also help to reduce my redness because its contain cica which good for acne.

It is a cheap serum with a good ingredients. I can see the difference on my acne spot after a week of use. 

If you have an oily skin, this toner will suits you rather than dry skin. If you have a dry sky, you need to add hydrating toner. Because this is an exfoliating toner, it help with lighten the dark spot. 

Doesn’t make my eyelashes clump. Easy to remove
