Any recommendation for a good moisturiser while on tretinoin? I only apply tretinoin twice a week and I find my skin dry and flaky even when moisturising. I have used cosrx snail 92 and cetaphil moisturiser- they're both good but not hydrating enough. I feel tight on my skin when I wake up the next day.  I have combination type of skin and I suffer from syringoma and milia, hence I prefer skin care products that are oil-free or water-based. tia!
