My Opinion: 
It provides good layering with glowing,soothing and cooling effect.
Has a mild fragrance.
Can use it as a soothing and calming mist after sun exposure.

This toner is a great product when it comes to hydrating but lightweight toners.
It has a slightly gel like consistency, not watery like usual toners but that’s what makes it supremely hydrating. 
Absorbs instantly and does not feel sticky at all. 
Very soothing and can be used with any combination of Active serums.
Does not brighten your face but definitely calms and hydrates it.
