Interesting brands

I don&#39;t know why, this moisturizer actually made my skin feel burning. I tried using it for longer time but it still stung my face and I actually had to discontinue the use of it. I was quite sad since I really like the texture :(

This is the first moisturizer that I used when I learnt about skincare. 
It is quite good at hydrating. The texture is gel-cream, slightly more to creamy side making it easy to apply and absorb without stickiness.

I could say it is suitable for sensitive skin for how simple the ingredients list is. It&#39;s packed good ingredients such as Vitamin E, lactic acid (AHA), glycerin, panthenol, Borago Officinalis Seed Oil and allantion. Hence, it could be said that it gives soothing and enough hydrating effect.

It also contains Paraffinum Liquidum. Sounds like a frightening ingredient? It&#39;s actually a mineral oil that works as a great emollient due to its occlusivity! It helps to hinder trans-epidermal water loss~ Now it sounds quite amazing right? *I&#39;m also scared honestly

My experience of using this moisturizer is - it&#39;s really easy to apply, the thickness is fine and it&#39;s good in moisturizing my skin. Throughout the day, I found that it left my skin hydrated, and it doesn&#39;t make my face oily. I enjoyed using it for day and night! It is also scentless, so I guess people who don&#39;t like scented products might enjoy this.

It&#39;s also affordable and could be found in most of the drugstores (Malaysia)! 

And YMMV!

The  bad thing about this suncream is it could be irritating as it contains essential oil which is icky. And I notice that it doesn&#39;t help much with my dehydrated skin, I have to make sure that my skin is moisturized enough before applying this suncream.

The good thing about this suncream is it contains lots of good ingredients such as tea tree, centella asiatica, mugworts, niacinamide and many more! Those really help to treat and to take care of your skin! And it&#39;s is a physical suncream with mineral filters which are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, so the chance of getting breakout is quite low. It means that this suncream will protect and heal your skin at the same time! And the finishing of this product - it produces a matte finishing and gives you the glow at the end of the day! I feel like I wouldn&#39;t have to put foundation on as this suncream is enough. And it&#39;s really suitable for oily skin!

I found that it&#39;s not helping with my dehydrated skin, perhaps I should go for the creamy one instead of this. 

And, other from that, I have nothing to complain.

This is a gel cream, the texture is really nice, spreads well on skin and absorbs quickly too! 
As it is really lightweight, it&#39;s really suitable for AM routine, or for oilier skin type! 

This soothing cream is told to be nourishing from inside of the skin for healthy inner skin. As I am using this cream, I could feel that it does what it claims, my skin feels healthier and has less problems, and my skin is not oily, it just feels comfortable throughout the day.

The star ingredients of this cream are Centella asiatica extract (72%) - for skin calming and healing, glycerin - for hydration, tranexamic acid - for skin brightening, sodium hyaluronate - for hydration, for types of ceramides and even phytosphingosine - skin identical ingredients which really help with skin barrier! 

With the ingredients, I found that it&#39;s an interesting cream, and my experience of using it  is also interesting since it&#39;s my first time seeing a moisturizer in brown colour (perhaps there are more but trust me this is my first time haha) but it&#39;s gel-like and super comfortable to use in the morning! 

Even though it doesn&#39;t give the &#39;chok chok&#39; feeling to my skin, but as long as it helps with skin soothing and nourishment, I guess it&#39;s okay! 
I tend to overuse this cream too, like I put too much on my skin, but it&#39;s still not heavy and it absorbs really well! 

So, it&#39;s definitely recommended for anyone who&#39;s looking for moisturizer that helps with skin barrier, in need of nourishment and oily-combination skin type or anyone who needs lovely morning moisturizer~

In term of calming, I'm in doubt bcs it gives a tingling sensation on my skin when applying it but it just goes away after a min which I'm grateful for✨

This one has a creamy texture, sour medicine like scent and I can say I love this one the most! It gives a lovely slather, without giving the discomfort and takes little time to blend without leaving any white cast ☁️ It leaves a dewy finishing on my skin, I love that it doesn't make my skin look dull✨

 I love the finishing, despite the glow, it doesn't make my skin feel greasy throughout the day and it just stays comfortable, with enough moisturization for the day. I'm soft for this sunscreen ☁️ 

Rate: 4.8/5, really recommend this if you're looking for sunscreen with dewy finishing but non-greasy throughout the day, but also a warning bcs it irritates my skin at the first use 😂 it just gets away when I'm used to it~


It could be too simple for everyone, the properties are to just soothe and calm the skin and no significant purpose as for treatment of the skin or anything. Anyone who prefers simpler toner might like this!

I really like a lightweight toner and this is one of it! I found that this toner is really calming (for me) and does not sensitize my skin. The ingredients is really simple - it also contains Vitamin B5, witch hazel and allantoin which are good ingredients for oilier skin type. Though it contains witch hazel, it&#39;s not drying for me and it&#39;s also alcohol free. So no worries! Plus, niacinamide! It maybe won&#39;t bring really significant effect, but it&#39;s still a good toner for a beginner.  I really enjoyed it!
