It does not hydrate very well, although applying multiple layers, does help. It is a little bit on the expensive side. People with fairly normal skin with minimal issues will not find this product beneficial. It is mainly targeted towards folks with sensitive skin.

(Holiday Limited Edition Design Kiehl’s Calendula Toner)  I used this for the first time when I got a small bottle as a freebie with a Kiehl’s purchase. I fell in love with it after a few used and bought the bigger version! 
Calendula is no joke when it comes to calming properties and Kiehl’s has done a wonderful job by combining it with an alcohol-free toner product. 
I have sensitive skin with acne, and this toner did a great job with calming redness, and providing a soothing base for my exfoliating products. 
I don’t use cotton pads for applying this. I find that dabbing it gently on my face feels much better, and helps with absorption. Since its alcohol-free, it can be used in combination with any other product. 

When applied over other moisturizing products, this may cause milia around the eyes, if not used carefully (due to its creamy, moisturizing properties).
To prevent this, its better to use a very small amount and dab it until it gets absorbed well. 

I have been in search of an eye-cream with the perfect applicator, for a while now, and I’ve finally found it! 
The BEST part about the Laneige Eye Sleeping Mask is its rotating, ceramic ball applicator. It is ALWAYS icy cool to the touch! I don’t need to refrigerate it to maintain its cooling properties.
It is extremely soothing and luxurious to apply, and the eye mask itself is wonderfully hydrating.
I use it every night as a last step to my skincare routine. I have used this for about 3 months and I have noticed that my under-eyes are always soft and hydrated. 
Its creamy consistency makes it very easy to spread and dab around the eyes. 
Since its a heavier product, it may take 5-10 minutes for absorption.
The frosted glass bottle makes it a very pretty product to have on the vanity.
Since you end up using only a tiny bit of product every time, one bottle will last pretty long, and thus this ends up being very cost-effective.

It does claim to provide deep hydration, but I haven’t noticed any difference. This gel wouldn’t be suitable for people who are looking for anti-ageing properties. 

Klairs Fundamental eye awakening gel worked wonders on me! I always have puffy eyes, especially puffed eyelids, when I wake up in the morning. This gel depuffs them almost immediately and I don’t even have to refrigerate the product, because it remains cool and refreshing throughout the day. 
The gel is viscous enough, spreads quite easily, and gets absorbed in a matter of minutes. 
I have been using this gel for a year now and its lasts quite long because you end up using only a little quantity everyday.
