Is it true ceramides can trigger acne prone skin? I saw some videos said that it will make more acne because ceramides contains fatty acid. I have acne prone skin and using moisturizer that contain ceramides. a little bit worry about it because my skin never been calm and redness on my cheek. 

If its true, can you recommend other moisturizers that safe for acne prone skin.

Ceramides trigger acne

my skin started show bumps on cheek since March this year but only on right side. then getting worse when acne start to spread whole face until now. I know that there is something wrong. 

My skincare routine starts with gentle cleanser in the morning and bha cleanser at night. Continue with niacinamade serum and ceramide moisturizer (add sunscreen in the morning routine). I started add retinol 1x week on July and apply sandwich method. 

My skin condition still the same. Its been 7 months struggling and i dont know how to solve it.

I have blind pimple on my cheek and chin. I notice that every time i use make up, i will get new pimple but after that i will remove make up using cleasing oil. I have oily and sensitive skin.
 
I started using retinol 2x week and exfoliate but not in the same routine. I had use acne treatment but still cant reduce acne. Cosrx snail mucin is good but it makes my skin trigger and more acne 😭. And skin aqua sunscreen has a new formula which is the texture too oily to my skin 😭 should i change the sunscreen? 

I dont know whats wrong with my skin, its getting worse since March. I never get any acne on my cheek before but this time, i feel like i wanna give up. 

I want to add more hydrating product, can you suggest which product? 

Btw this is my skincare.

HELPPPP! Non-stop acne on my cheek and chin

My skin type is combination to dry. I wanna ask if i can use this for my skin type. Should i buy two of this or only one of them? You guys can suggest other product that suits with combination type.

exfoliate product

I used vitamin C almost 3 month and i realise that the colour turns to yellowish. Should i continue or discontinue using this serum ? because before this, when i use it, i get tiny bump. Please help me, i need your opinion :) And can you guys recommend some vitamin C serum that affordable.
