Looking for routine help and products

I have no idea where to look or start, there's so many products, it's overwhelming... 
Anything I currently use causes hair fall, extremely dry itchy scalp/dandruff and dry hair..
Looking for some things to fix all of that plus a routine to help it!
Also after a year from shaving my head, had damage from bleaching so I have completely started over to natural, my hair is wanting to curl, but turns into a big puff 😆 with no definition, it's over my ears now for reference

Curious on how to atleast calm these sucker's down. I have so many all over my face, nose/chin are the worst. Tiny black dots all over😭 
 
large pores on my cheeks near my nose too.

I also don't know what these are called, they're bumps (I know I shouldn't squeeze them) but little balls that look kinda like whitish clear seeds are in them. Those are all over, worst on my forehead 

I am so tired of not knowing what to do about my skin

Little to no scent, has a more nature smell.
A little thick for a Serum, but once applied melts into skin, a little goes a long way. A bit sticky at first.

SIORIS's Calming Ampoule:
Consistency is very thin, I found using just a bit does the trick, if I need more I add a bit, because it's spreads out very evenly and soaks up pretty fast, I pat it right in and like to use my jade roller.
Doesn't really have a smell, if so very mild and natural. 
Instantly makes my skin super soft and visibly hydrated! Gives off a glass glow. I have very iffy skin, hard water and such make my skin dry out and turns red, it claims to help with soothing, which I 100 percent agree with, my skin had cleared up significantly. In love of the bat with this Mist, I have skin that flairs with acne here and there, and have noticed a significant decrease! So light and refreshing. I use after cleansing (morning and evening), spray and pat into skin, I like to be generous with the amount I apply. Has a very very light scent, natural earthy.
This rough water does a number on my skin, this helps so much with the redness and dryness.  Such a lovely glow.

Pretty nice, only thing is that it's kinda sticky 

Was excited to try this out in hopes it would help this awful span of breakouts I've been having, smells okay ish, not to strong, one thing I didn't like was the texture, was a bit sticky and thick feeling on my face and wouldn't subside, honestly after about 2 weeks of use, I am having some more pimples pop up, at first they were subsiding, could be hormonal but I'm unsure 




First off, the scent is soooo goooood, it's not an overwhelming floral scent, it's very light and sweet! 
So I put this on after my shower, damp hair, and it felt like it helps dry it a bit? Not like dry your hair out but actually make it not wet, kinda cool. Hair was 1000x shinier, extremely soft. And the biggest plus, it didn't leave my hair oily!  I have extremely frizzy hair, so this helped tame it alot.
