so my face get sensitive so easily and it become red easily too. And I also got the pimple like every day even though I wash it properly and also do my skincare properly but I still get the pimples. So can anyone recommend some routine or product that I can use to get rid Of it

So I think before that I have oily skin but nowadays I start to see that even though I use the serum and moisturizer before using sun cream I still get the break out and my skin won’t absorb the products  but I also have the oil in my T- zone area . So I wonder what should I do about this
