So here is my review of the Deep Hydration trio from The potions

1. The potions Hyluronic Acid Ampoule

⚡️   Texture – Thick Viscous Liquid  
⚡️   Finish – Hydrating , non-sticky 
⚡️   Packaging –  Opaque Glass bottle with a pipette 
⚡️   Price - $15.99/20ml
⚡️   Key Ingredients –  Sodium Hyaluronate –: sodium form of HA which is more stable and easier to formulate.  Hyaluronic acid and its salt derivative Sodium hyaluronate are humectants capable of attracting up to 1000 times its weight in water.

My Review💃
✨I apply it on face immediately after washing when the skin is still damp, it goes on skin really smooth like a butter & absorbs quickly 
✨My skin feels instantly hydrated and plump after applying the serum


2. Potions Peptide Ampoule

⚡️   Finish – Hydrating & sticky (although the stickiness goes after some time)
⚡️   Packaging –  Opaque Glass bottle with a pipette 
⚡️   Price -$15.99/20ml
⚡️   Key Ingredients – 
        ->Tranexamoyl Dipeptide-22 – helps with skin brightening 
        -> Copper Tripeptide-1 – It has significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect
        ->Nicotinoyl Dipeptide-22 – Helps with moisturizing 
        ->Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 – helps with smoothing of wrinkles
        ->Tripeptide-29 - A small, three-amino acid peptide found naturally in our collagen structure.

My Review 🙋

✨I apply it on face after HA serum, it goes on skin really smooth like a butter, but it does make skin a bit sticky for some time which disappears shortly.
✨The serum does a pretty good job of  hydrating my skin, I noticed that it makes my skin somewhat bouncy & plump which I like of course  as I have dry and dull skin especially in winters 
✨Although peptides are for boosting collagen in skin and since I am using it for just a week so I cannot judge that effect on skin that soon, but will update soon in my later posts regarding the same


3. Potions Jojoba oil serum 

⚡️ Texture –Thick oil 
⚡️ Finish – Hydrating & glow (not oily/greasy)  
⚡️ Packaging –  Opaque Glass bottle with a pipette 
⚡️ Price -$15.99/20ml
⚡️ Key Ingredients - Jojoba seed oil –it’s a wax ester that stays on surface and forms a protective moistures barrier 

 My review 🗨️

✨I use it on my face as the last step of my PM routine i.e. after I use my moisturizer. It makes my skin glow (not in a strange way of course). Since I have dry & dull skin so I can immediately see a change on my skin after applying the oil 
✨I used 2-3 drops and it makes my skin glow , not to be confused with oily or greasy
✨I like the finish it gives as it doesn’t make the skin too much oily and provides that right amount of glow on the skin especially the cheek area around my nose that looks kind of dry these days due to winter + centralized heating .

The Potions Deep Hydration Trio Review 💖

Hi all, need some advice. 
Fellow pickies, so here is my dilemma i ordered few products from The ordinary almost 18 months ago , but i haven't opened them yet, and i am planning to open them now and start using it.

1.My question is what is it the  shelf life (if the product is unopened & stored in cool dark & dry place away from sun) of these products 
The ordinary Alpha arbutin.
The ordinary granactive retinoid 5% 

2. Is it safe to use these products ?( since i haven't opened them till now - so least they are protected from environmental damage )

P.S. i have it for more than 2 years now, so should I used it one just toss it away?

Hello all, this is not something related to skincare exactly. I just have a small question did anyone else also has to  pay customs fees for the skin 1004 giveaway this time

Nothing bad, just that since the serum is not doing anything extra for me apart from moisturizing the skin

✨Have been using it for a few days now in my PM routine after applying my toner and before applying moisturizer

✨ it's super hydrating and moisturizing as well as gives my skin a soothing sensation post application

✨ the serum has a strong fragrance, but I don't mind it, although people with sensitive skin may need to be cautious
 
✨The product claims to improve wrinkles however I haven't noticed any such effects on my skin but then again I have been using this product for less than a week now so its too soon to observe any change that early

✨Overall I like the serum, I love applying it as it gives a calming sensation to my skin, and after applying I don't even feel the need to apply moisturizer (and I have dry skin).

I don't think there is anything bad about the product, it's a toner which serves it's function well 


✨Have  been using it for a few days as the first thing after washing my face both in am & pm routine, it's easy to apply and blends in well

✨Texture of the product is optimal for a toner  i.e. not too viscous like serum or too runny like mist and it leaves my skin hydrated i

✨Overall it's a good product, which I may repurchase 

I didn't find anything bad with the product

 ✨ It is easy to apply and blend in the skin really well. It has mild fragrance and creamy texture

✨The product effectively moisturizes my skin, leaving it soft, supple, and well-hydrated.

✨Overall its a grear cream and I like it


Nothing bad imho, but for people with sensitive skin should be careful about the strong fragrance this cream has 

✨I really like the texture of cream, it feels very ricj and creamy with sweety candy like smell but not greasy.

✨The cream does the job of efectively moisturizing my skin leaving it soft  and well-hydrated.

✨Overall i really like the cream, its finish as well as it's texture.

Nothing is bad except just a small glitch - the cream gets a bit messy because it's too slimy, but i won't call that a big issue and I can live with that 🙂

😊I use it in the morning before applying my sunscreen and it absorbs quickly and sits perfectly well under my sunscreen

😍I love how it feels when I apply this cream to my face- it gives a very soothing and cool sensation on my skin
