What can I buy for him? Torn between Cetaphil and Cerave.

Not suitable of you are breaking out. I would advise you use after sorting out the breakout  

This is an antioxidant, anti wrinkle and its firming. Leaves the skin plump. Takes sometime to work but the results are visible. 

Nothing really. I just wish it was in a bigger size

Works as good as the Neutrogena Hydro boost gel.  It provides ample hydration and improves th3 skin. Love it
