Products good for dark spots

Hello everyone 👋 I'm not sure how you would call it but I do have these tiny white pimple bumps for a long time now, I do some research and the products I'm using doesn't seem to work. Do you have any recommendations for this?

Tiny white pimple bumps

I've been trying to resolve my blind pimple for almost a week now but I think this is more than just a blind pimple. I have an appointment to my dermatologist but it will be on Friday, I guess I'm just hoping to have a better idea how to get rid of this 😭I'm scared that this might get into surgery or pop it out.
