I soooo love hydrating toners. It is maybe the most collection I have in my skincare arsenal. I love to layer my toners/essences that's why I want them fragrance free, essential oil free, and alcohol free to avoid irritation as much as possible. Any recs?

I could smell the mugwort in this, which I like, and the essence is a runny gel-like texture.

I adore this sheet mask. I was only sent a piece so I made sure that when I use it I have redness on my face to see  its effectiveness. I put the mask on for about 20 minutes, and it didn&#39;t disappoint. The redness subsided and my face felt relieved and refreshed. 💁🏻‍♀️😊 My skin just drinks this up. It is also very hydrating and moisturizing. There&#39;s a generous amount of essence inside that I had to apply some on my neck and some part of my arms.

I gotta have a few backups of this sheet mask for emergency purposes. 

If you have sensitive skin and  prone to redness and irritation, then you can try this mask for immediate soothing effect.

🟢 Claims - This serum has high concentration of tea tree leaf water and centella asiatica that help sooth and calm irritated and damaged skin. It&#39;s supposed to shrink pores, exfoliate dead skin cells, and clarify pores by removing impurities and excess sebum. In total, there are 41 plants extracts in this serum, that claim to promote healthier and clearer skin. 

🟢 Texture - It has two layers, oil and water. You need to shake it well so the two mix together before applying onto the skin. 

🟢 My Experience

I am in love with this serum. This was my first ever serum. Used this only in the evening (after toning), every other day or every after two days, depending on my skin condition. I only need half-full of the dropper for my entire face. It may have oils, but it absorbs beautifully with a hint of glow on your face. Follow up with a lotion, then finish with a thicker moisturizer.

I didn&#39;t experience any purging at all. There was no irritation as well. My skin has became more calm and I did notice that my dark spots have lightened. I didn&#39;t breakout that easilly anymore. I would sometimes use it as a spot treatment. After a few minutes the redness and itch from the acne would subside. And the next morning, either it may have dried up or gotten smaller. Oh yes, it does provide moisture too.

It is really that miraculous? 😅 I don&#39;t think so, but with continued use, my skin has became noticeably clearer, brighter, and decongested. It is said that you could actually use this every day or every night, and if that&#39;s the case, then maybe it&#39;ll give you faster visible results.

Be aware that some could build up irritation with HA especially with the small molecular sizes

Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner Plus has five different forms of hyaluronic acid to provide intense moisture to the skin. It also has 7 kinds of botanical extracts to help with moisture retention and skin regeneration.

There&#39;s no scent to this #fragrancefree and texture is thick serum-like goopy-ish but sinks in very nicely with no tackiness at all.

💧 My Experience

I wanted to love this, really. My skin had a not-so nice first impression with it. The first time I used it, I got red patches all over my face, seemed like irritation, but went away after maybe 30 minutes or so. I thought maybe my skin was just getting used to it, and that I have to give it time to work. So I did. Used it on and off for months. Paired it with just my regular moisturizer.

Took me long time before I finally decide to just stop using it. Because in those months that I was using it, the irritation just seemed to get exacerbated. It wasn&#39;t going away. 

I may be have some kind of built-up irritation with HA or something else in it. But since I&#39;ve got quite a few HA based products, I would still want to try to use &#39;em and see if it really is the case. 

In good notes, it did live up to its claim of providing hydration. I felt my skin was well hydrated and more plumped in every use. So, two thumbs up to that.

To empty it, I just mostly used it on my body and hair. Mixed it with my body lotions too. Worked just fine.

Overall, it was okay but nothing too special, except for that &quot;scar&quot; thingy. And there are essential oils and fragrance in this toner that could cause irritation to some.

▶️ Two key ingredients in this toner are black snail secretion and Truecica™, an exclusive trademark by Some By Mi for this toner&#39;s calming care formulation of Teatree, Centella Asiatica and Mugwort. Other notable ingredients are Niacinamide, Licorice Root Extract, Arbutin, and Glutathione, which are good sources of antioxidants and provides brightening and lightening benefits. It claims to protect the skin from external stimuli and stress, as well as to strengthen skin barrier.

It has a watery texture but not as runny as your regular water, and it leaves a dewy kinda matte finish. Scent is not strong and does not linger for too long.

▶️ My Experience

This toner is a bit complicated to layer with other products. It bubbles depending on the products I layer it with. So, I just use it with a cotton pad, first for wipe off then apply a layer or two using my hands. Let it fully absorbed before I apply my essence, then serum, finally a moisturizer. Insert &quot;sunscreen&quot; for AM. And it did work better that way for me.

I didn&#39;t experience any redness, irritation, nor breakouts from using this toner. Although it kinda stings my eyes around midday, when my skin starts to get all oily. And there were less to none brightening or lightening effects on my skin at all.

There is a little bit of hydration to this and it gives that soft to touch feel onto my skin. One thing that&#39;s very important to  note is that it kinda helped with my acne scars. I don&#39;t have much but I&#39;ve noticed that this one particular acne scar that I have on the lower part of my cheek has improved. I will continue to use it to see if it will really help with acne scarring in the long run. I may post before and after photos to let you guys see and compare just in case.

This serum contains 41% 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝘼𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 31% 𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙖 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙛 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩, which are the two key ingredients. It also contains seven-layered Hyaluronic Acid. Other notable ingredients include Niacinamide, Madecassoside, and Asiaticoside. 

It claims to soothe and comfort sensitive and easilly irritated skin while providing hydration and moisture.

It has a somewhat runny viscous texture. And there&#39;s a faint scent of aloe to this that quickly fades in seconds.

▶️ 𝐌𝐘 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄

I use this both in AM and PM, along with a hydrating toner&#47;essence and a simple moisturizer. It feels deeply hydrating and moisturizing at the same time. The consistency is bouncy yet lightweight and just sinks into my skin like a dream. It doesn&#39;t leave any stickiness and settles right in after application giving me that dewy plumped looking skin. 

Not only that, the redness on my face subsides after a few minutes post application. And with continues use, I&#39;ve noticed that those redness have lessened and my skin is looking way more calm and less irritated. 

I am halfway through the bottle and I can&#39;t wait to see how it does to my skin in the long run. And it&#39;s gonna be a go-to serum for me when my skin hits that emergency situation again.
