Has anyone tried the Anua Peach line? I love the Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner. So I am very interested in more products from this brand. For some reason the peach is very interesting to me. I'm considering purchasing all of the line, which is only 4 products. So it's not a super lot of money, but still a good chunk. Before I splurge on it, I'd love some feedback. I haven't heard anything really about it, so that does give me pause. Any info on skin benefits, experience, results, or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Anua Peach Line

I'm looking for a good moisturizer for under my makeup. I have a lot of great creams, but I've realized I don't really have any light moisturizers. The one I do have is the Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer. It's great, I love everything about it, but the price. K beauty has so many amazing options for less than half the price. So I'm planning on ordering one or two. I'm just curious to everyone's opinions and recommendations. I've had amazing feedback on other products. So once again I'm turning to you guys for help. Ive glanced through Stylevanna and found a few I thought might work. So I'm going to tag them on here. But any other ideas are welcome. I love trying brands and products ive never heard of. It's a great way to find the 'holy grails' in my routine. That's where my current faves have mostly come from. Thanks in advance. I'm really excited to read what you guys have to say!

Moisturizer for under makeup....

I've been trying to update my makeup collection. I found my favorite foundation, the Dior Forever Skin Glow in 1.5 N Neutral / Glow. I love it. It's literally my skin but better. Right now I'm focusing on concealer. 

I've been trying the e.l.f. Hydrating Camo Concealer. Which I do like. I just don't know if it's 'the one'. Some of concealers I've been considering are; Haus Labs by Lady Gaga concealer, Tower 28 serum concealer, Tarte Shape Tape. 

I'm looking for a lighter formula, that won't highlight my fine lines around the eyes. And during winter my eyes get itchy and dry, so something that won't dry my eyes out would be preferable. 

So if you guys could give me some suggestions I'd really appreciate it. Thanks everyone! Have a great day.

What are the best concealers

Unfortunately I have a lot of issues with this palette. It retails at $48. Which kind of blows my mind. The quality is that of or even below some $2 eyeshadows that I've used. The packaging is beautiful, definitely above average. Which is nice, but as nice as that is, the actual product is what I'm interested in. I've had it for a few months and only used it twice. I just could not get it to work when I did try, and I have too many other products I'd rather spend my time using. Which is unfortunate because they expire so quickly. It is an eyeshadow palette, and I know people don't always stop using them when they expire. It's just the point. So obviously I wouldn't recommend or purchase them again. It's actually kind of turned me off to the whole brand. Which probably isn't fair. They are just expensive and there's so many other brands that are half the price that are AMAZING. 

I have the Il Makiage Color Boss Squad Eyeshadow Multidimensional 4-Pan Eye Color Palette in The Real Deal - Luminous. 

Firstly, the packaging is gorgeous. Very lux looking, with a sleek white box. And even prettier compact. A shiny mirror-like outside that is very elegant. It also has an actual mirror once you open it up. 

That being said....the actual formulas look nice and pretty. There are four 05 oz pans. They look like velvet to me. The formula is kind of like a cream to powder. I'm not sure if that is how it's supposed to be or not. Once you actually try to use the shadows, they have a really not great application. The color payoff is less than desirable, they were difficult to blend. They were hard to apply. And like I saw on other reviews, they just didn't look that great on my eyes. The shades in my palette are brown and rosy brown. I was really disappointed in them.

To top it all off they have a very short life span. I think it's like 6 months. 

I recently started using Skin1004. My undereye area has gotten very dry this winter. So I have used this product trying to calm, hydrate, and moisturize the area using this. I know centella asiatica is a great calming ingredient, so I'm hoping this will help heal my undereyes. This is something that's pretty simple but the few ingredients it does have are exceptional.

Unlike the other reviews I've seen, I wasn't super impressed with the formulas. I find it hard to get a good pigment payoff. Using my fingers helps, but not by a lot. The color just doesn't transfer well onto my skin. It was very underwhelming. Others may have a technique that I haven't been using, so they get a better result. It was a rather expensive palette for the experience I've had with it. I only have used a few times due to the issues of getting on my skin. 

I'm glad I have it. I wish I would have gotten it on sale, because it is overpriced in my opinion. I do love the chocolate theme. Would I recommend this, not as my first choice though. I probably wouldn't repurchase again. Maybe I will find a way to get it to work as well as some of my other products, because I know people like this palette. I'm going to keep experimenting with it. Hopefully that will change my mind. 

What caught my eye with the Too Faced Better Than Chocolate Eyeshadow Palette was the chocolate theme. I'm sucker for chocolate scented cosmetics or skincare products. It being a mostly brown color story had be sold. The packaging is great, just like all of the Too Faced products. The colors are very pretty. A nice variety of matte and sparkly. Brown shades and a few random but cohesive colors, like the purple. The color story works. The feel of the shadows is nice and soft.  And the faint scent of chocolate is awesome. I really enjoyed that part. I'm glad I have it in my collection. I would also be interested in the other products from this line. 

Unfortunately, this cleanser is definitely not for me. I have combination to dry skin. I've been blessed by being able to put almost anything on my face without having adverse reactions. For some reason this "ultra gentle" cleanser causes an allergic reaction. It took me a while to figure out that it was this causing it. My eyes get really itchy, and I start to get a rough, scaly patch above my right eye. I have tried a lot of cleansers and none of them cause my skin to react. Not even active's cause this to happen. So obviously I no longer use it. I can't say I'd recommend this product.

The product claims to "rinse clean without over-drying." It is soap-free, dye-free, hypoallergenic, and won't clog pores. I cannot back up those claims with my experience with this product. With the exception of not clogging my pores. It does have a short ingredient list compared to other cleansers. Despite that very positive description, this cleanser was not a good experience for me. I ended up letting my daughter use it occasionally and she's never had any issues. But she doesn't use it daily.  I'm just trying to use it up so I don't have to throw it out and be wasteful. 

There's nothing really bad about it. It does have some fallout, but most powder products do. I always tap my brush before applying any powder to my face. So it doesn't effect my routine in any way. 

I have the Milani Baked Blush in the shade Luminoso. It is so pretty. It is a radiant coral shade. It is pigmented and very luminous, so if you want just a dusting of color, use a light hand. If you want a more intense look, it's totally buildable. It goes onto the skin smoothly without leaving any patchy areas. It's so easy to blend onto the cheek, melting onto the skin. The formula is versatile and applies well with any technique (brush, fingers, sponge). 

The compact it comes in is a good size. The blush is raised in a dome shape. It also has a second area that opens under the product the contains a brush and a mirror. It's super convenient and easy to throw in your bag when you're on the go. I just wish I would have taken pictures of the bottom section of the compact.

Lastly, I can't leave out how incredibly affordable this product is. The formula really does compare to luxury brands. It's under $10. This is the only shade I have, but they have a decent selection. I plan on picking more up.

I recommend this 100% if you want that beautiful glowing from within look, without breaking the bank.
