Hi guys I am sharing with you my first product review in detail. I was so nervous about this. I did a lot of research about its ingredients, the benefits of each, its suitability and more. But this review was a brief about my experience with this product after using it for more than 2 years. 

Product: Low Ph Good morning Gel Cleanser

My skin : Oily, Acne-prone
Product Info:

·         Texture: It is a gel cleanser and turns foamy when mixed with water
·         When to Use: Twice daily 


My Experience:

I had a good experience with this cleanser. It was the first product I tried from COSRX and I fell in love with the brand after this. It is my HG cleanser. 

PROS

·         Moisturizing: It has a large number of moisturizing ingredients because of which I could feel my face becoming soft and moisturized after using it. It did not dry out my face even though I have dehydrated skin. 

·         Acne-Fighting: It has tea tree leaf oil and betaine salicylate in the ingredient list which helped heal my acne to some extent when used over a period of time. It did reduce the frequency of new acne occurring on my face.  
However, the percentage of Betaine Salicylate is quite low in this so it is still a gentle cleanser and cant provide high exfoliation to the skin as compared to salicylic acid cleansers.

·         Redness reduced:  It also contains number of skin soothing and antioxidant ingredients which helped control inflammation on my skin when I paired this with other products from the same brand. 


CONS
·         It is a little drying on the skin in winters.
·         It comes in a tube packaging so it tends to spill a little and more so when you carry it during traveling so seal it nicely when you travel.
 

Conclusion: 
After using it for 2 years, I can clearly see the difference it has had on my skin. It was a game changer in my routine & helped reduce my acne over time. 

Would I recommend ?: Yes

COSRX - Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser Review

I see a lot of people  just starting their skincare routine with untied hairs and showing the same to their audience and I would like to point out that if the products are mixing with  open hair strands on product application then how are they supposed to give the desired results on our face. It just seems unpleasant and slightly unclean to watch people do that. I always start skincare routine by washing my face only after my hairs are  tied back otherwise I don't think it works as effectively.

I have heard that azelaic acid products are good to treat acne and help to calm down the skin. I have got acne scars as well. I am hoping to calm my acne and fade my acne scars. Does anyone have any product recommendations that I can buy in India ( mainly for azelaic acid) or any other products to help fade acne scars.

Having experienced enough sun damage in my teen years, I have become obsessed with sunscreens in my late 20s now. the major issue i faced with this was spf re-application. the sun sticks felt drying on the skin and other SPFs are not easy to reapply. 

This Sun pact from VT was perfect for me. It has got a good texture and finish on the skin. Even though it's a Sun pact, it isn't drying but rather gives a dreamy dewy finish post application. It protects the skin and also easy to reapply such that I want to keep patting my face with this 😍

Nothing really Bad to say about it however I would only advise oily skin types to limit its usage during extremely hot and humid weather because it gives slightly dewy finish.

- there was no Pilling
- Based on the ingredient list and experience and it was very soothing 

 **since the UV filters in this are mostly oil soluble hence this sunscreen should be removed with oil based cleanser at night. 



🔆THE product is named with ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E but Hyaluronic acid is almost at the bottom of the list of ingredients so dont know how much percentage might actually be used in this product. 
🔆it also has niacinamide but it did not have any effect on my face, my scars were still as they were and my face still looked dull post application 
🔆there are  also too many fragrance ingredients at the bottom of the ingredients list which can be irritating for sensitive skin like Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol,  Hexyl cinnamal etc.  
The product also caused tingling sensation on my skin which lead to skin redness. So,  I have stopped using it after two weeks and use it on my hands instead. 

The moisturizer has worked great for some people so people should try it out themselves to see if it works for them.

I was able to apply the product for 2 weeks where overall I loved the concept of the moisturizer itself since the formulation is great one to begin with and available at a reasonable rate in India. However it was not one of the best moisturizer I have applied on my skin and here is what all I observed from the product. 

Observation 
🔆The product has Hyaluronic acid and vitamin E which is great for my dehydrated skin
🔆it also has glycerin which is great humectant  to preserve moisturizer in the skin.
🔆the product also contains niacinamide known for its brightening properties. 
🔆the texture is also very light and comes in light blue shade ( love the color of it ). 
🔆one of the most reasonable moisturizer with great ingredients line up  

My Experience 
🔆 all the ingredients in the product make it a very good product for my dehydrated skin since often moisturizer feel heavy on my skin so I don&#39;t use them often. 
🔆 on application, the product feels light on my skin and instantly gets absorbed. The moisturizer&#39;s texture is one of the best I have found till now. 
🔆it also contains niacinamide as one of the top ingredients so was hoping for some brightening the acne scars effect but that did not happen for me. 
🔆 this is a good moisturizer for oily prone skin however not the best one for me and I might try something else for my face.

it is really hard to expect a lot from a toner so I liked it just as that, it helped other products Penetrate better and gave a subtle glow on tha face. For benefits like anti-wrinkle and minimizing fine lines, I will definitely opt for serums and moisturizers in addition to this to help with that. It is still a good toner and suitable for all skin types.

I had been waiting to get my hands on a Snail product for sometime now and when I got to try this, I was already excited😄 

I used this toner in two ways. 
💧 1st week, I tried to use 𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙥 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣
since it contains Sodium Hyaluronate and it just worked liked any other toner during that time so I felt like it was okay. 

💧 the 2nd week, I started using this 𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣 and that's when it started to make the difference to me, I could immediately feel my skin getting hydrated, got that instant glow, skin didn't feel dry at all after that. I started liking it more and more 

💧overall thoughts - I liked the consistency of this, it's quite light, little sticky on the face but I like it since it's very little. Just 4-5 drops was enough for the whole face, I feel like I could use this for a long Long time.  

💧I enjoyed using this one since it was quite different from all my other toners be it ingredient wise or the feel on the skin. 

💧 I couldn't see any major individual beneifts but it helped other products Penetrate better. Also on the extremely hot days when my skin was inflamed, it helped to calm it down but I had to use other products as well because this alone was not sufficient enough. 

💧 I could also feel my skin getting smoothe but it is too early to comment on its Anti-wrinkle benefits so will update more on this later.

If you look at the ingredients list alone, you can guess how soothing it will be & it truly justifies that. 

Last week I went on a trip with my husband where he unfortunately got sunburned & this was the only soothing product I had with me at that time , I applied this on the affected area & it immediately provided relief. 

Other than this case,  I already loved it for my oily & sensitive skin. This has like the perfect texture for a moisturizer such that it is not too heavy but still serves its purpose. It also goes well with any active I am using in my routine. It is definitely soothing for my inflamed oily skin. Haven't been able to stop using this since I started. 

I used the same product in my routine 2 years ago but the texture was a little more gel like then meaning it stayed as an extra layer on my skin but didnt absorb whereas now, it is more easily blended & works as  moisturizer so I like this more now ( just to let you know if you used this years ago & it didn't work for you then)
