I recently bought my very first Rovectin product about a week ago! I was super duper excited and I was able to customize my bottle with the cute stickers inside! I bought the Rovectin Clean Lotus Water Cream and I feel like this is the perfect Summer moisturizer! It is currently Winter in South Africa....I kinda bought it at the wrong time BUT this product applies like a dream! I'll have a review up in a few weeks time but I do have a cool Instagram reel of me applying the stickers that I'd love for you to check out in the meantime!

I'm always very curious of how other people apply their skincare products, especially toner so let's chat!!

💧I personally apply hydrating toners with my hands and apply the toner section by section on my face. 
💧With toners that contain chemical exfoliants, I use a cotton round because that works better at wiping off the dirt and dead skin that the toner is removing.

My favourite Isntree product has to be the Isntree Spotsaver Mugwort Ampoule! It has been my holy grail item for a while now! This ampoule is like magic in a bottle. I have oily acne prone skin and literally anytime I have a cystic breakout or my skin needs some serious soothing...this product is my go-to! 😍

Do you prefer doing a mask in the morning or at night? 😊 *wash-off masks*

I usually do a wash-off mask at night when my skin has a few breakouts or needs some serious love! I know quite a few people do their wash-off masks in the morning, so I'm quite interested in seeing which time of day you prefer to do it!

APRILSKIN Carrotene IPMP Hydromelt Cleansing Balm 🧡✨️

I love a good cleansing balm that can gently and effectively remove my makeup and excess sebum (oily skin problems). This cleansing balm smells amazing and it melts like butter once warmed up in my hands. It's so gentle on my skin and is very easy to work with. I'd say this is the perfect cleansing balm if you're new to cleansing balms or double cleansing ✨️

When applied to the skin it melts really well and allows me to easily massage the balm into my skin to remove all traces of makeup. Rinsing off the cleansing balm was really easy and it left my skin feeling so soft ✨️

This essence was really easy to incorporate into my skincare routines. I find that it works well in both my morning and night time routines. It provides enough hydration into my routine and keeps my skin feeling healthy. 

This essence has a viscous gel-type texture to it. It's easy to use and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and looking nice and plump. It feels lightweight which is why I find it easy to fit into any of my skincare routines. It has a faux glass packaging with a signature bold red font on the bottle. It also has a light blue sleek pump to dispense the essence. This product doesn't have any fragrance which I quite like. 

This essence is targeted towards strengthening the skin's barrier with its protecting and soothing ingredients. This essence contains Bifida which helps strengthen the skin barrier, Lactobacillus to balance and calm the skin and Lactococus to help vitalize the skin. 

I have nothing bad to say about this product 

I've been very cautious when it comes to using this toner because of the active ingredients that it contains. Even though my skin barrier is weaker and sensitized this toner didn't cause any reaction or discomfort on my skin. I do want to mention that I used this product very sparingly and I only used it twice a week (each usage was a few days apart). 

I really enjoy the texture of this toner, it has a viscous texture and it feels like an essence water. I'm able to use cotton rounds as well as use my hands to apply this toner. The packaging is super cute with its yellow lemon cap and faux plastic bottle with their signature brand logo in a bold red. It has a fresh lemon citrisy fragrance to it and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated. 

Some of the star ingredients included in this toner is Glycolic Acid which is an AHA and this helps to exfoliate the top layer of the skin. It also contains Salicylic Acid which is a BHA and this helps exfoliate the pores and is very beneficial for acne prone skin types. It has Citrus Lemon Fruit Extract which helps to vitalize and brighten the skin tone. It contains calming ingredients like Betaine and Panthenol to help moisturize the skin as well. 

I haven't seen any immediate results as of yet but I'll continue to use it and I look forward to seeing what this toner can do for my skin! 

This cream has a unique texture to it and I'm kind of obsessed. I've been using this cream in my morning and night time routine and it's been perfect to nourish my dehydrated skin. It has a stunning glass packaging with a beautiful rigid design. 

This is a thick moisturizing cream that is targeted towards strengthening the skin's moisture barrier, protecting the skin, moisturizing and calming the calm. I find this cream easy to apply and work into the skin despite its thicker texture. This cream is perfect for those who have dry or dehydrated skin that needs some much needed moisture. There is a light herbal fragrance to this cream that I quite enjoy and it fades away a few minutes after application. 

Some of the star ingredients that this cream contains are 5-Multi Ceramides that adds a moisture layer and an oil layer to help strengthen and support the skin barrier. It has 3-type Hyaluronic Acid which contains different molecular sizes which absorb into the different layers of the skin to effectively hydrate the skin barrier. It also contains Panthenol and Chlorella Vulgaris Extract to protect and calm the skin. 

I have nothing bad to say about this product!

This cream is targeted towards nourishing, moisturizing and soothing the skin barrier. It contains 85,48% Snail Secretion Filtrate to help nourish the skin and it works really well at providing my compromised skin barrier with some much needed moisture. 

Jumiso was able to minimize the stickiness of the snail secretion filtrate to allow this cream to suit every skin type. It comes in a hygienic tube packaging which allows for convenient usage of the cream. I've been using this in my morning routine as well at my first moisturizer in my night time routine. 

This cream is perfect for my sensitized hormonal acne skin at the moment and it honestly makes my skin feel better after every usage! I'm very keen on trying out the Snail EX Ultimate Boost Facial Essence, as I feel like using that together with this cream would leave my skin feeling even better! 😍
