My skin loves this—gentle but effective!

I’ve been using The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid 10% for a few weeks now and it’s honestly a hidden gem for oily, sensitive skin like mine. I had some post-acne dark spots that were really stubborn, and this has helped lighten them without irritation. It goes on like a soft primer and doesn’t leave me greasy. I use it at night a few times a week, and I always pair it with sunscreen in the morning.

If you struggle with hyperpigmentation but can’t tolerate strong acids—this is a great one to try.

Honestly I never encountered any bad experiences with this serum .

Tried the 1988 Retinol Liposome 2% Black Ginseng Serum and here’s the truth—this one’s a slow but powerful glow-up.
The 2% retinol liposome helps fade hyperpigmentation and smooth out fine lines. The black ginseng brings in serious antioxidant power, which I love for calming and strengthening the skin barrier over time.

Now, I have oily, sensitive skin, so I introduced this serum slowly—2-3 times a week at night—and that saved me from irritation. There was a slight tingle at first, but no major redness or breakouts. Just make sure to moisturize well and always use SPF during the day!
