Overall, this is a solid moisturizer for hydrating, soothing, and strengthening the skin barrier. If you have oily to combination skin, it’s an excellent choice. However, if your skin leans very dry, you might need an extra layer of hydration, especially in drier climates.

The Purito Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream is a lightweight yet nourishing moisturizer that I incorporated into my hydration-focused routine. From the first application, it provided a refreshing burst of hydration, leaving my skin soft, plump, and well-moisturized. It’s particularly great for reinforcing the skin barrier, especially after using actives like tretinoin.

What I love most is its non-greasy finish, making it suitable for both day and night use. It layers beautifully under sunscreen without pilling, which is a huge plus for daytime application. The soothing ingredients also help heal and calm irritated skin, and over time, I noticed my skin felt more resilient. Another big advantage is that it’s free from artificial fragrance and essential oils, making it a great option for sensitive skin.

The first thing I noticed was how incredibly lightweight it felt almost like water, but with just enough slip to make my skin feel instantly hydrated. It sinks in beautifully without feeling greasy, and within minutes, my skin looks calmer and more refreshed. I especially love how soothing it is; whenever my skin feels irritated or over-exfoliated, this ampoule works like a reset button, bringing everything back to balance.

It super hydrating , and I appreciate that it’s not just surface-level moisture. With ingredients like Centella Asiatica, ceramides, and fermented extracts, it help  strengthen my skin barrier over time. My redness has noticeably reduced, and while it doesn’t actively fight acne, it helps with post-breakout recovery, making my skin look smoother and more even-toned. The addition of niacinamide is a nice touch, subtly brightening my complexion without any irritation.

Since it has fermented extracts and squalane, it may not suit everyone with fungal acne.

 I love that it’s lightweight but still deeply hydrating. Perfect for my combination skin.
 Whenever my skin feels sensitized (especially after tretinoin or shaving my face), this mist gives an instant soothing effect.
 I can layer it with my other products without worrying about pilling. It also works well under my sunscreen.

While this serum had many positives, there were a few things that I felt could be improved. The presence of olive oil and meadowfoam seed oil, although nourishing, might not be ideal for those with very oily or clog-prone skin. I didn’t personally break out, but I was mindful of this ingredient combination. I also found that the results were more subtle and gradual rather than immediate, which may not be ideal for someone looking for a quick fix for brightening or acne. It worked best as a long-term support serum rather than a targeted treatment. Another factor that stood out to me was the price.

As someone with acne-prone, sensitive skin and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, I am always on the lookout for serums that hydrate, soothe, and support my skin barrier without causing irritation. The PARNELL Cicamanu 92 Serum stood out to me because of its key ingredients Centella Asiatica, ceramides, honey extract, and melatoni all known for their skin-repairing and calming properties. 
The texture is slightly viscous but absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated without any sticky or greasy residue. From the first few uses, I noticed how plump and refreshed my skin felt. It delivered an instant boost of hydration while also helping to calm irritation, making it a perfect go-to after exfoliating or whenever my skin felt particularly sensitive.
 Over time, I appreciated how it contributed to barrier support, . My skin felt more resilient, and dryness became less of an issue. Another thing I loved was how well it layered with my other skincare products without causing pilling or irritation. The addition of melatonin intrigued me, and while I couldn’t visibly measure its effects, I liked the idea of using an antioxidant that supports overnight skin repair.
