Sometimes it’s hard to know whether something is just not doing anything for our skin… or whether we just haven’t used it long enough! 

Here are some very helpful cheat sheets I found online, wanted to share so you had them too 💕🥰

How long do ingredients take to work?

I saw this once on Instagram and think it’s so helpful! It just goes to show how slow and steady skin can be when it’s on the road to recovery.

This gives you a good indication on how long you should perhaps persevere with certain products in order to get results. It’s also a nice cheat sheet showing what some key ingredients can actually do for your skin! ✨

- Unclogs pores and improves appearance of pores.
- Calms inflammation and irritation.
- Exfoliates the skin with non-abrasive Adzuki Bean granules.
- It’s got anti-ageing properties.

- Makes the skin more even. 
- Feels fresh on the skin and refreshes after removal.

❌ Cons:
- The bottle itself isn’t the best; however, it is very cheap so I don’t think I could complain too much! 
- Need to shake it a bit before use otherwise the product can separate a little and feel more oily when you squeeze it out.

💠 Oat Kernel Oil 
- Effective at killing a variety of bad bacteria.
- Help cuts and grazes heal.

- Some might argue the smell of menthol is overpowering, however I really like it!
