The packaging is so cute & the little skincare themed stickers were such a fun and unexpected bonus! Now let’s talk about the real stars of the show here…the products! 

This kit consists of:
🌿 Neogen Dermalogy Real Flower Cleansing Water (Calendula) - This natural cleanser contains fresh Calendula petals & extracts, and has a very subtle fragrance which I loved. It is extremely gentle, yet effective as a pre-cleanser, but certainly can hold its own as a stand alone cleanser as well. It feels nice and soothing on the skin, works well to cleanse the skin while keeping the skin hydrated. Suitable for all skin types.


🌿 Neogen Dermalogy Real Ferment Micro Essence - This essence contains more than 93% naturally fermented ingredients which making it very hydrating. It is fragrance free & soaks into the skin easily without leaving any sticky residue. This essence definitely provided an almost instant boost in moisture to my skin and kept it hydrated throughout the day after use. I feel like those with dry skin would benefit greatly from this product & all skin types could use it for an extra boost of hydration especially during the colder winter season.

🌿 Neogen Dermalogy Real Vita C Serum - A fabulous lightweight serum packed with Vitamin C. This serum made my skin look more radiant and smooth after use, definitely felt a little glow going on! Besides containing 22% vitamin C, it also boasts collagen & hyaluronic acid that helps keep your skin hydrated & ultra-smooth. 

🌿 Neogen-Bio Peel Gauze Peeling Wine - This two-sided exfoliating pad gently removes dead skin cells & impurities. It contains lactic acid & the star of the show, Resveratrol which is derived from red wine and contains naturally occurring AHAs that also aid in the exfoliation process. Resveratrol also has antioxidant properties that provide anti-aging benefits as well. I loved the way my skin felt and looked after using these nifty pads!

🌿 Neogen-Bio Peel Gauze Peeling Green Tea - Much like the Wine pads, the Green Tea pads are also two-sided and provide a gentle, yet very effective exfoliation of your dead skin cells and impurities. These are single use 3-layered pads that have one side with a more coarse texture for heavier exfoliation and a less textured side for more gentle exfoliation and for smoothing the skin. The winning ingredient in these pads is the green tea which happens to be a powerful antioxidant that helps prevent premature aging, but also is a wonderful anti-inflammatory that aids in soothing irritated skin. I loved these pads almost just as much as the wine pads and think they’re both amazing additions to any skincare routine!

🌱 Dr. G - R.E.D. Blemish Clear Soothing Cream 🌱

This powerful moisturizing cream is wonderful for all skin types, but especially designed for sensitive and acne prone skin. It is incredibly hydrating and soothing boasting that it provides up to 100 hours worth of moisture retention. Extremely gentle, yet effective, relaxing and calming for skin irritation.

🌿 Centella asiatica extract - accelerates healing process
🌿 Madecassoside - reduces redness
🌿 Beta-glucan - plumps, soothes⁣
🌿 Niacinamide - brightens⁣ skin

My thoughts 💭 -
This is a lovely lightweight cream with more of a gel-like texture. It feels instantly cooling and soothing on the skin. I personally have seen a visible reduction in redness around current breakout areas after using as part of my nighttime skincare routine Just a small amount goes a long way and it absorbs beautifully into the skin. I've been loving applying a layer after my serums before applying my moisturizer in the evening. My skin looks and feels more hydrated, plump and refreshed after using! 

💜 Glycolic Exfoliating Toner - Exfoliating night time toner formulated with glycolic acid, salicylic acid, peptide and jasmine water. Designed to reduce dullness by removing dead skin cells while also improving the skin elasticity. 

My thoughts 💭- I quite love this set of AM and PM skincare essentials. The toners each have the typical watery consistency and absorb quickly once applied. Both are gentle and non-drying and left my skin feeling revitalized.

💚 VTCOSMETIC’s Reedle Shot - 100 / 300 / 700 💚

Designed with microneedle technology, this skincare booster serum deeply penetrates the skin to help refine skin texture and absorption. Formulated with Centella Asiarica Extract and silica, the micro-needle shaped reedles create an immediate tingling sensation that increases based on which level you use. Not only does this product aid in improving skin texture, it also acts as a booster helping increase the absorption and benefits of other skincare products applied to the skin thereafter. 

I received three different levels of the reedle shots, 700 being the strongest formula containing the highest concentration of reedles and intended to be used once a week. The 300 has less reedles than the 700 and can be used every 3 days, while the 100 is the most gentle lf tbe trip and can be used daily if desired. I’ve been using these at night as the first step in my skincare routine after cleansing and am loving the slight visible improvements I’ve seen in overall texture and appearance thus far. 💚

My thoughts 💭 - As someone who is already a huge fan of Korean skincare, this was an absolute delight to try and quite different from a lot of the products I've tried in the past. It has a beautiful gel-like consistency that glides onto the skin effortlessly instantly feeling refreshing and soothing. Many gel creams aren't hydrating enough for me, especially during the cooler months when my skin is drier, but this was an absolute exception. My skin drank this up like a ice cold glass of water on a hot summer day! I've been loving using it during the day, but also adore using it at night like a sleep mask as a last step to my skincare routine. It leaves my skin looking and feeling refreshed, hydrated and nourished. The cream does have a subtle fresh scent that I find quite lovely. Definitely worth a try for those looking for a boost of long-lasting hydration!
