Issue with the wrong product from Picky giveaway?

Hi guys, does anyone ever had this problem about picky app and the brand? LIKE, I open the parcel from DPPR today, and my giveaway was supposed to be the DPPR's hyalcube flooding cream, but the one i got is DPPR PDRNCUBE Middle Shot 2000 Serum. Does anyone ever had this experience before? I had to submit my content in 17 more days. Does every giveaway come with Picky parcel? Please tell me it is, because the one I got has DPPR brand name on it. I was hoping i haven't got the parcel yet, and i was hoping this one was send by DPPR and not Picky. I was confused now and panicking, because I don't know where to report this since there is no tracking number was send by Picky to me

Have you ever won any picky products? BUT being held at the custom and they sent it back to south korea because it was restricted by law in your country? What should you do with the picky submission when you just know about it during the deadline time? No product with you, but you can't cancel it?

It still on my skin until night from morning. It never leave any whitecast and less sticky, which is good because I never been a fan of sticky sunscreen on face. I have made it into video and you can see the rays reflecting from my skin. Also, it have niacinamide which is good for skin 👍🏻

Nothing bad about this product. My skin is combination type oily/ sensitive. I have no alergic reaction while using this. No harm to the skin.

This drying powder really effective to absorbs excess oil on skin. I tried it a few times in a few days, it really does what it supposed to. I noticed my skin did not have any oily skin when I wake up in the morning after using this drying powder at night. This product helps my skin looks more healthy without oily face.

I love how lightweight it is on my skin than any other eye cream. Blended fast and absorb really well. Yes, it's non sticky. I don't feel greasy when I use it. The non sticky fan, this is absolutely for you! But to have the Tranexamic Acid + Glutathione as Eye Cream? I would love to try this for more than 3 weeks for the result

I use this vitamin pad from Numbuzin for the first time and I really like it. It arrived during my breakout skin due to my body’s hormon. Use it for a few days along with its toner and serum, it really works! First, after putting it on my face for 1-5 minutes (I follow the instruction), I wipe it on my face to remove the dirt and it feels refreshing. It do feels a bit sticky, but after a few minutes, it feels like normal. My acne scars slowly fading now
