I am very anxious about the SKIN1004 ampoule that I won thanks to a giveaway, because the product has not yet arrived, after 23 days.
On November 24th I received an email saying that I had won the giveaway of this product, then 5 days later, on November 29th I confirmed and ordered the product (confirmation deadline was December 5th).
On the Picky Rewards site, in my order, it says that if they had any news about my product they would have updated me via message, but this did not happen.
And today, 23 days later, the product has not yet arrived.
I have to say that I live in Italy, so it takes longer, but a month has now gone by.
Now I will wait for Picky's email that will remind me to do the review, in which there will also be the form to fill out and I hope to solve this problem.
Anyone have the same problem as me ??

It all started when I won the giveaways of VARUZA, luckily I saw it in my inbox on the last day to confirm that I could take the products.
After that, I placed the order and the package left (October 4th).
Yesterday the timeline it has expired and the products haven't yet arrived to me!! 
In the instructions to participate in the giveaway I read that if I do not review the product before the end of the timeline they will put me in the blacklist and I will no longer be able to participate and win the giveaways!!!
