The bad about this product is that it has strong junky smell that bothersome to smell. And also the packaging is not travel friendly cause it leaks when press and without noticing it.

🟡A low pH gel cleanser formulated with purifying botanical ingredients. Works to soothe, refresh, and soften the skin without the stripping feeling.
 
𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 + 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

🔵Has a transparent and slight viscosity texture. And has a strong distinct smell to it that are likely the same of dishwashing liquid. Although its not noticeable now, after using a whole bottle. It contains betaine salicylate that are bha derivatives which is much gentler than salicylic acid to target blemsihes and acne-prone causing bacteria.

🟡A little goes a long way of this product. When contact to water it creates a minimal foam that can already cleanse your face and up to my liking as well since I have oily skin even it claims to be a gel cleanser. It refreshed and cleanse my face without a stripping feeling. However, though it added betaine salicylate but it is not as effective as I thought because its much gentler than the salicylic acid. It has calming and soothing properties, which really helps when i breakout at times.

🔵I've finish a bottle already and stocked it up. Overall, this is just more than the ordinary cleanser, it's even true to its claims. 

🟡Avoid using this cleanser with retinol and other actives like vitamin C.

◼️◾️▪️Honestly nothing bad about this product. I recommend not to use it every day, since it can damag skin barrier. Over exfoliating is never good. And make sure to use cotton pads than bare hands 🤚🏿✋🏿 for better results.


This is my first ever review on my HG product. IT IS ONE OF THE BEST PAULA’s CHOICE PRODUCTS, imo. I have started with the 30ml ones in August, 2021. And thats it, I fell in loved with it. Lets go through my detailed review👇🏿

𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙣 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 2% 𝘽𝙃𝘼 𝙇𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙩
◼️◾️▪️Main ingredients: Salicylic Acid & Green Tea Leaf Extract. The ingredients are simple but very effective to shrink enlarged pores & smoothing uneven skin texture.

◼️◾️▪️The packaging is a plastic bottle with two sizes, they are 30ml and 118 ml & the PAO is 12 months. The texture is quite runny, easy to spread, absorbs quickly, feels moist on the skin & a take a little time to get absorbed.

◼️◾️▪️I've tried this exfoliating liquid initially only once a week because I was afraid that it would be drying. Then gradually started ising twice a week. I clean my face land toner, and  wait till its dry, they apply the PC exfoliating liquid  using a cotton pad & gently wipe it onto the skin(avoiding eye area), my skin feels moisturised, and wait till the product is all absorbed then apply moisturizer. For my oily combination skin, this toner really helped in reducing oil levels and pore size on my skin. The result after 2 weeks of use, my skin is smoother in texture, less oily on my face, blackheads & pores are also clean.
This toner is suitable for all skin types, but if your skin is sensitive, you should do a patch test first and maybe use a aloe vera gel/ centella asiatica cream or anything soothing before the application of bha.
I think this was one of the best products i have ever tried. Now i have used two 30ml bottles and bought a 180ml ones. Since i use twice a week, it lasts longer than expected(but i finish it before its expiry date)

◼️◾️▪️Apart from using on my face, i also use it on my scalp and underarms, it helped it lightening underarm and also helped in clear scalp. 
◼️◾️▪️This is going to be my forever ♾️ product for clean and unclogged pores.

I liked it but I wouldn’t repurchase it because i feel like it isnt giving me enough hydration as other green tea toners does and it did not do much to my oily skin.


First things first, this is a toner made of green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis leaf Extract)

🍂 Packaging: minimalistic and clean packaging
🍂Scent: minimal and fresh smell
🍂 Texture: watery and light-weighted toner
🍂Application: Can be used as toner, toner mask or spray. I used as toner after cleansing my face.
🍂Effect: Skin feels slightly hydrated for sometime after use. 
🍂After finishing a bottle, i dont think i see any change in my face but it give instant soothing effect, which again didnt last for long.
