if you like the anua toner, try this one! its soo much better and cheaper 

was a little bit sticky afterwards, and smell was offputting

got rid of my dark circles very well!! i have extremely thin & genetic dark undereyes, and this really helped me plump them up 

its a nice toner that comes in a spray bottle
