There are different levels of PDRN and you would typically build up to the higher ones. There is what I describe as a tingling like sensation. It doesn't bother me or my skin. 

This felt very nice on my skin. Hard to describe what it felt like. It wasn’t a cooling effect but a calm feeling when on. Very nice 

Not bad per say, but harder to find my shade match. Not impossible, just not quick. The product itself is amazing
