Q: Berapa lama biasanya hadiah dikirim setelah konfirmasi checkout lewat website Picky Rewards?
A: Biasanya 2-6 minggu. Untuk mega giveaway dengan jumlah pemenang ribuan (misal Commonlabs), biasanya butuh waktu lebih lama. Bisa sebulan lebih. Jadi tunggu notifikasinya lewat email yaa.

Q: Apakah semua hadiah dari Picky kena pajak?
A: Tidak semua hadiah dari Picky kena pajak. Semuanya tergantung ekspedisi yang dipakai oleh Brand pengirim. Sepengalamanku, yang pasti bayar pajak itu EMS. Sedangkah EFS, DHL, YS Logistic/TEL&C itu gak bayar.

Q: Lalu dari mana kita bisa tau ekspedisi yang dipakai oleh Brand penyelenggara giveaway?
A: Kita gak bisa tau ekspedisi apa yang dipakai oleh brand sampai ada email ke-2 yang isinya Resi pengiriman (kecuali brand itu udah pernah bikin giveaway sebelumnya, biasanya mereka akan pakai ekspedisi yang sama). Jadi, saat klaim giveaway, pastikan udah siap uang untuk kemungkinan terburuk (dikirim pakai EMS dan harus bayar pajak).

Q: Kalau dikirim pakai EMS, gimana cara tau nominal pajak yang harus dibayar?
A: Saat udah dapet email Resi, bisa cek berkala ke website beacukai dengan input nomor Resi tersebut. Nilai pajak yang tertera di website beacukai BELUM TERMASUK biaya admin Pos Indonesia dan Handling Fee yaa. Pajak yang dibayar juga beda-beda, tergantung harga produk yang ditulis di paketnya.

Q. Bisa kasih contoh cara hitung pajaknya gimana? Supaya bisa lebih prepare sebelum ikutan giveaway.
A. Misalnya ini untuk giveaway ampoule Commonlabs yang baru ini. Kalau produk dikirim pakai EMS dan nominal di paketnya ditulis sesuai harga aslinya $18.00 maka pajak yang harus dibayar kira-kira begini:

Asumsi kurs USD = 14.500
Pajak impor 17.5% (bea masuk 7.5% + PPn 10%)
Pajak impor = 17.5% × $18 × 14.500 = 46.000

Admin Pos $3-$75 = 15.000
PPn Admin 10% = 1.500
Handling Fee EMS = 30.000
Jadi total perkiraan pajak sekitar Rp.92.500.

Tentu pajaknya bisa beda karena biasanya di paket nominal yang ditulis lebih rendah dari nominal aslinya. Dan ada juga beberapa daerah yang sering bermasalah dengan pajak seperti Jogja dan Jawa Tengah, jadi siap-siap aja untuk bayar lebih mahal.

Intinya, ketika kita sudah klaim hadiah giveaway, berarti kita setuju untuk bayar pajaknya. Semoga membantu yaa. Have a nice day! 💙

Dapet giveaway Picky, tapi bingung sama pajaknya?

Halo teman-teman user Indonesia. Semoga sehat selalu yaa. Dari kemarin aku menyimak diskusi Picky tentang pajak Commonlabs yang cukup tinggi. Aku ingin sedikit berpendapat, dan membuka diskusi juga supaya bisa saling tukar pikiran. So, feel free to discuss ya. 
 
Pertama, sebelumnya aku pernah membuat diskusi perihal kenaikan tarif admin POS Indonesia, dan adanya penambahan biaya Handling Fee sebesar 30.000 untuk paket EMS yang masuk ke Indonesia. Hal tersebut tentunya berpengaruh dengan besarnya pajak yang kita bayarkan. Pasti pajak yang kita bayar jadi makin mahal, dan aturan tersebut sudah resmi ada di website POS.

Kedua, aku juga pernah buat diskusi tentang FAQ pengiriman giveaway Picky, karena pasti di sini banyak teman-teman yang baru bergabung di Picky dan pasti bingung banget harus bagaimana saat mendapat paket dari luar negeri. Harus gimana? Apakah bayar pajak? Berapa bayarnya? Mungkin bisa dibaca detailnya di link ini.

Ketiga, mohon diingat, saat kita apply untuk giveaway dan saat klaim hadiahnya, kita telah menyetujui untuk membayar pajak sesuai dengan regulasi di negara kita. Jadi, bukan salah Picky dan Brand memilih menggunakan ekspedisi EMS. Dan bukan salah Brand pula menulis harga FOB $15 (di mana harga ampoule menurut Picky adalah $18). Walaupun memang biayanya lebih mahal, dan pasti semuanya punya prioritas yang lebih penting, tetap saja menurutku pribadi agak kurang etis jika kita komplain ke pihak Picky tentang pajak yang tinggi. 
 
Aku berharap teman-teman yang terpaksa harus return produknya tetap bisa bertanggungjawab dan melakukan proses return sesuai prosedur. Sehingga paket benar dikembalikan ke Korea dan bisa sampai ke pihak Brand (bukan dihancurkan oleh beacukai). Karena bagaimanapun mereka sudah mengeluarkan effort untuk produk dan membayar shipping fee nya. Maka, kita pun tetap harus bertanggungjawab kalau misalnya harus mengembalikan paketnya.
 
Dan semoga kita semua (termasuk aku) bisa lebih bijaksana ke depannya sebelum mengikuti giveaway dari Picky yaa. Mohon maaf juga ya kalau ada kata-kataku yang kurang sopan. Aku tidak bermaksud menyinggung siapapun, hanya ingin menyampaikan pendapat supaya kedepannya tidak terjadi lagi hal seperti ini. 🙏

Opini Pajak Commonlabs

Halo teman-teman user Indonesia. Ada info terbaru kalau sekarang pengiriman pakai EMS dan Pos Indonesia kena Handling Fee dan biaya admin pos nya naik, dan kena pajak admin juga 10%.

Beberapa hari lalu baru dapet paket dari Korea (bukan Picky). Di website bea cukai tagihan pajaknya 27 ribu. Biasanya hanya kena biaya admin Pos 10 ribu. Tapi kemarin tagihan dari Pos sampai 73 ribu.

Jadi buat teman-teman yang suka ikut GA, jangan lupa siapin uang lebih yaa. Karena ketika checkout berarti kita bersedia untuk bayar customs fee (pajak beacukai). Supaya gak pada kaget sama kebijakan barunya.

I guess this is the best skincare gift I've ever received. I still remember how surprised I was when I read an email notification from Picky saying that I won the #RealHealthySkinChallenge. I really love using Cosrx since 2018, even at that time they haven't officially available yet in my country and I have to buy it from a reseller who hand-carried their products from SK.⁣

Actually, I've already tried most of the products given (except the Snail series and propolis ampoule), and already wrote reviews for some of them even before this challenge began. I even have double stocks for some items, one that I bought myself, and the other one I got from Picky 😅⁣

The PAO only 6 months, so you have to use it constantly since its containing 200ml

The new packaging is really good and I love how Benton always improves their packaging to be more eco-friendly. The bottle looks great and as well as the color. This toner comes in a clear plastic bottle with a flip-top cap and an easy-removable label. You just have to press the head of the toner and then slowly pour the toner into your palm/cotton pad. With 200 mL, I can finish this in around 3-4 months. It has a watery texture, doesn't have a strong fragrance, is easily absorbed, and leaves a fresh feeling on the skin with no stickiness at all. It contains 2 main ingredients which are Aloe and Salicylic acid (BHA). 
 
Not only changed the packaging, but they also renewed the formulation into Vegan-friendly (they removed Snail secretion filtrate). Since it has very mild BHA content (0,5%), it still feels safe to be used daily. I use this both in my morning and night routine, and it doesn't give negative effects on my skin. I always use it with a cotton pad to lift excess dirt and extra cleansing. It helps me to control sebum production and get rid of tiny bumps around my forehead easily. And because it contains aloe and snail filtrate, it kinda moisturizing for an exfoliating toner.

They have a slightly herbally scents so for those who doesn't like herbally scents might not like it.

This toner comes in a transparent brown plastic bottle and white label with a flip top shaped cap. This indicates that this product is packaged hygienically and safely. The toner has a liquid texture similar to water, so it absorbs well into the skin and doesn't feel sticky at all. It has a brown color because it contains 10% licorice root water and isn't made from artificial coloring. It also has a refreshing herbal citrus scent. This aroma comes from the extract of natural ingredients contained in it. The key ingredients used in Acwell's products are Puritox Jin which consists of licorice roots, peony roots, kudzu roots, and cimicifuga roots.⁣⁣

Apart from that, Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Toner also uses licorice root water which has been proven from decades ago to treat and soothe Korean people's skin when it is inflamed and sensitive in summer. Licorice root water is also widely used in various K-beauty products because it not only works to soothe redness with anti-inflammatory benefits, but also as a natural ingredient that lightens acne scars and dark spots on the face. And most important things, this toner doesn't contain parabens, artificial dyes, and mineral oil so it would be totally safe for those who has sensitive skin.⁣⁣

I've been using this toner for almost 2 months. This toner does wonders for my oily skin. It's super hydrating and leaves a beautiful glow. I find that it has helped in smoothing some of my texture and other skincare products layer beautifully on top. It's amazing at removing any extra impurities left post-cleansing (they suggest to use this toner with a cotton pad). And of course, I would repurchase this one because my skin just love it so much!

This product has clean and simple packaging with a clear bottle so the contents of the product can be seen completely. It has a thick watery gel texture, no scent, and doesn't sting my eyes when I use it. The applicator has a ball-tip brush and the tiny C-curve screw brush that help the serum to spread evenly on the eyelashes from the hair root  
 
It's formulated with various nourishing ingredients such as 2 types of Peptides, 17 types of Amino Acids, and Sodium Hyaluronate that help nourish, strengthen, and enhance the elasticity of the eyelashes. 
 
I've consistently used this eyelash serum every night for about 3 weeks. The applicator did a great job and I can get every lash easily, there's also a small tip at the end of the wand which I can use to get my bottom lashes. Even though the texture is a bit thick, it dries within seconds. It didn't sting my eyes or cause a blurry effect. 
 
As for results, I can't say I've seen an enormous difference in my lashes since I've only used the product for 3 weeks, but it has helped make them feel a little healthier and they definitely look a little fuller on the edge! I've also noticed they've helped keep my eyelashes hydrated which is helpful because the weather nowadays makes my skin (even on the eyes area) feel drier. I feel I'll see even better results with longer usage, but overall, I enjoy using this product and feel it's kinda affordable and could last for months.

Benton Ceramide Cream 10000ppm containing Ceramide, Cholesterol, and Fatty acids, which is the core of the ski n’s basic defense power.  
  
It comes in a plastic tube with 80 mL, and it has a white color with a creamy texture with no fragrance and other harmful ingredients, but there's some sweet-milky scent coming from the raw material, I guess. It doesn't absorb into my skin instantly (which is great), but it rather sits on the top of my skin and feels like a thin layer, so it's really great to lock in the moisture and other products that I used before. Even though it has a thick texture, it's really easy to spread and melt when it touches my skin. It doesn't feel sticky or greasy either, my oily skin is still comfortable using it on daily basis.  
  
Another tip, I usually use this cream with face oil when my skin feels extra dry and itchy, it helps to calm the redness and itchiness on my skin.

The scent is sweet but bitter - I love this scent but not everyone will like it. Personally, I recommend you patch test this product before because Yuja is citrus and it might not work on every skin type.

This is my first Hanyul product and my skin really loves it. This sleeping mask has 2 different sizes, full size 60 ml and trial size 20 ml like this one has. But even so, this 20 ml size is quite durable for up to 2 months because the texture is quite occlusive.  
 
Packaged in a very sturdy yellow plastic jar. The texture is a yellow gel, and there are visible Yuja grains in it. Don't worry about the beads - they melt on the skin as well. The smell is very typical of Yuja (very citrusy) but not too overpowering and even soothing to use before going to bed. And it has 12 months of PAO.  This mask contains 2 ingredients, Niacinamide for skin brightener and moisturizer that helps with acne, wrinkles and skin barrier. And Adenosine for wound healing and helps with collagen production so turns out it improves skin elasticity. 
 
The effect that I like the most about this sleeping mask is the instant brightening effect when I wake up. The skin becomes much more moisturized and looks fresh. Very comfortable to use even in hot weather though.
