Recently I’ve seen a lot more jelly/hydro gel masks about on the market, and I’ve actually tried a couple myself. 

So far I’m leaning towards not enjoying them and having negative experiences while using. 

I just wanna know are you a fan of them? If yes, which have you tried?

A lightweight gel moisturiser with a texture a bit like jelly (love this!!). I love Hyaluronic Acid, and this has a four-part complex that helps to lock in my skin’s moisture and leave it feeling refreshed. 

I used to LOVE this product in winter but now I’ve gone off it. The reasons are:
•The product gets so clumpy around where it comes out; no matter how much I clean it, it still happens and it can cause dried up product to come out in application. (📸 #3)
•I never noticed the white cast&#47;colour tint of the product when it was winter, now as I’m slightly (ever so much) getting a tan, this product is making me look so pale!
•It takes a while to soak in compared to my others. 
•It’s not a high enough SPF either anymore for me, I need more protection on my face in summer.

Not shiny like other SPFs, instead it sits as a matte base under makeup. I have now re-purposed as a body SPF.

Just don’t use to remove my eye makeup, so technically more of a second cleanser (but 1st cleanse on no-makeup days). 

Absolutely obsessed with this texture of this cleanser, a bit like whipped mousse. It was gentle on my skin, hydrating (thanks to the Niacinamide), removed makeup and left my skin feeling fresh. 

I mAinly use this in the PM just to ensure it doesnt make my skin too sensitive with the sun. 

Moisturising and hydrating, while still working to remove dead skin cells. I normally worry about using toners with glycolic acid in case it irritates my skin, however I’ve found that this one worked really well my skin. 

At the start, I really didn’t think this toner would be for me at all. It left my skin red after use, and it also quite tight after use which I didn’t enjoy. After a couple of weeks this completely settled down, and since then I’ve had no issues with the product. 

This has worked with the serum to help brighten my skin, I definitely find now that I have better results with Niacinamide rather than vitamin c. I use in my AM routine for best results.
