I'm looking for a hydrating toner for acne prone skin that is budget friendly! Cosrx products haven't been doing much for me so I'm looking for something new. I consider myself combination but since it's getting hot out I've been leaning more oily.

Looking For a Toner

This is my current routine, and I have combination skin. It's been more dry as of recently. This just hasn't been working for me, and I need advice. I just feel like no matter what I don't here's no change. I still have textured cheeks and am considering using a retinoid for milia. And I'm have dry skin on my nose but also blackheads. How do I help the peeling skin, but also remove blackheads.

New skin cycling routine

I have oily combination skin and made a hypothetical morning and night routine. I just wanna make sure none of the products will interfere with eachother, or if the products are right for my skin type. If you have alternate recommendations I'll take them, and also I need eye cream recommendations!

Edit: After reading everyone's comments, I'll be switching out my salicylic cleanser with my matcha cleanser every other night. Especially when I use retinol!

Is this a good Routine plan?

I have combination skin, oilier in summer, dryer in winter. I'm dryer right now but still get bad blackheads and I have very textured cheeks. I can't pop the bumps it all, it's just rough texture. I also have peely skin on my nose. Shea butter clogs my pores but I'm not picky about other ingredients. Im alternating between the versed moisturizer and the elf one, so I can use them both up. That's my AM routine. Exfoliating at night.

Good for my skin type?

Did leave a feel on the skin that takes a few minutes to absorb but it's velvety

Super lightweight and absorbs into the skin super well. It never pills with other products or under my makeup. Gives me a slowly but not greasy look. Doesn't cause acne or irritation. Leaves my skin feeling really good almost like a moisturizer.

Didn't have any noticeable effects. Mostly just for the experience. 

Good smell, and the overall experience was cooling and relaxing 

On the skin it's a little tacky. Layering your other skincare products afterwards, you won't notice.

Its decently hydrating, nothing mind-blowing. It didn't give me a reaction and was pretty soothing for my skin.

Made me break out bad, possibly from the fragrance? I usually don't react badly to fragrance though.

The formulation was good, lightweight, and absorbed quickly. The experience was good. It was only a sample though so I couldn't see long term results.

Has Shea butter which my skin absolutely hates, I had so many blackheads on my nose.

Moisturizing, good barrier to prevent water loss.
