Some people still think they’re purging when they’re actually breaking out 🥲 hence worsening your skin condition.

✨ Purging ✨ - GOOD✅
occurs only when you’re using products that encourages cell turnover, peeling, exfoliation like your retinoids (prescription or over the counter), AHAs, BHAs, Benzyol peroxide. Other than that pretty much means you’re BREAKING out 🙃

‼️ Additional to purging: 
Occurs only on AREAS where you’re PRONE TO BREAKOUTS. So in my case i always breakout on my forehead so if i’m using retinoids and i see new pimples, it would most likely mean i’m purging.

However if i see my cheeks breaking out, it most likely means my skin’s irritated. Imma explain about irritation soon. Purging also lasts for about 4-8 weeks maximum, so be patient ok?

🚫 IRRITATION 🚫 - BAD ❌
Occurs in 3 ways:
1) Contact dermatitis (tiny bumps like rashes, very textured and dry)
2) Allergic Reactions - looks like hives, itchiness, redness, swelling.
3) inflammation - new pimples in areas you don’t typically breakout. In my case, it would be my skin below my forehead like the cheeks, nose, jawline and chin.

❗️ DO THIS WHEN YOU’RE IRRITATED 
1) simplify your routine that is packed with hydration! Hydration! Hydration! 💦 
2) something that is occlusive like your creams (lighter in the morning, heavier at night) 💫
3) Irritation is a temporary issue IF handled properly and will only last for days (approx 7 days, tbh depending on your skin)

Hai everyone, so i scheduled for the pickybox announcement in my timezone. Excited that it included all what picky users had genuiely reviewed but the shipping to my country was too expensive! It costed like $36.99 dollars.

I have no bad reactions using this product!

Had this for quite a while and i use this when i have bumps and breakouts. 
This one doesn’t strip off the moisture from the skin despite sucking the oils to get rid of the excess sebum and leaves a cool sensation on the skin! This sensation got me addicted! 
I usually leave it for 10 mins and as i rinse it off, a few of my active breakouts released it’s white thing sebum naturally and afterwards i proceed to use my skincare routine. 

Ingredient breakdown: 
1. Mentha piperita oil &#47; peppermint oil = one of the key ingredients and the reason for the cool sensation plus it heals irritated skin
2. kaoline &amp; rich bentonite - types of clay that helps absorb the excess sebum 
3. citrus medica limonum peel oil - i guess a family of lemons and can work as an astrigent to minimise the pores. please do correct me if im wrong.

the smell is kind of a bad side but i can still tolerate it. 
feels too heavy for me if used too thick, but honestly i would buy it again but only using it at night!

My night time moisturiser due to it’s thick consistency. i was looking for a budget-friendly moisturiser for my oily skin and seeing it has niacinamide &amp; linoleic acid, i decided to give it a go! 

1. niacinamide for brightening &amp; control sebum production 
2. linoleic acid to help repair my skin barrier at night since when u sleep in an air conditioned room it tends to dry out the skin 

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks only at night and it does give me the moisture i need. I get kind of oily in the morning but it doesn’t give me new acnes hahaha thank god

Can be quite drying so make sure to pair it with a moisturiser after

My first retinol purchase. 
I heard that this is very potent so i only use it at night and not forgetting my cream! My mom used this and she forgot her cream - she told me her skin got sucked in. So please don’t forget your creams&#47;moist people.
This has helped to reduce inflammation on my acne (acne due to makeup) and i don’t incorporate any other brightening acitves using this - and i could see my PIH fading. ITS AN ACNE &amp; PIH FIGHTING COMBO. 
Retinols are definitely a must to clear your acne. It’s so effective for my acne prone skin! - it’s like tier 1 ingredient. So holy grail man. 
This serum also has hexapeptide to help with skin barrier &amp; aid collagen production, retinol of 0.09%, Vitamin E which helps to protect from free radicals, Raspberry &amp; pomegranate extract which helps with fighting bacteria. Anti aging &amp; Acne fighting. Good to start anti-aging in young age!
The serum itself is quite viscous in color, it doesn’t leave a sticky finishing and absorbs nicely into skin. It feels lightweight too! I definity recommend this to all acne fighters. This has saved my forehead.

my holy grail so i really have no bad reactions!

Been using this for the past 2 years and it had always helped with regulating my oil production during the day. It has a strong whitecast but it blends well on your skin and smells kinda nice too. 
The finishing is light-weight and you sorta have that natural glow after - maybe because of the whitecast that blends with your skin and kinda changes your skintone. Never gave me breakouts. So much love for this product. 
It also claims to be water resistant! I barely swim these days so i’m not sure 😅

My local brand goodie with affordable price. Bought this for my hyperpigmentation treatment purpose as well as acne. I have acne-prone skin and i thought a high % of AHA would be a better off than BHA because it would be less drying.
AHAs are water soluble, so if you’re looking for an exfoliant that’s hydrating: AHA is your go to. 

Packaging:
1) Green glass bottle with a pipette. Be careful when handling. 

Texture: 
1) Transparent gel that takes quite a bit of time to absorb. Applying at skin for the first time gave me a stinging sensation - but it does not irritate or give redness to my skin! Just make sure when you apply your avoskin serum, your previous goodie has completely absorbed. 

Smell:
1) I’m not very good at describing but it has a light sour smell, although it disappears when you bam on skin. No problem! 

Ingredients:
1) 10% AHA, 5% Kiwi, 2.5% Niacinamide. 
Definitely a go to ingrident for you guys who want to get rid of hyperpigmentation. 
Kiwi is known to have vitamin C so it will help with brightening, AHA exfoliates your skin to help with regeneration of new skin cells, and niacinamide works wonders with all ingredients and combined with kiwi multiplies that brightening effect. 

I’ve been using it for a week, night and day. 
I prefer using this paired with a hydrating toner and a moisturiser - too much active ingredients might hurt your skin. Just make sure when you use it at day, pair it next with a sunscreen! You wouldn’t want to burn your skin. 
I could see a subtle change in my skin, it looked less dark and i look much more glowing than before😇🥰
