the 10% niacinamide delivers amazing results!!! if you dont really have a lot of areas of concern, the 10% is a good start before you move on to the the 20% which is more potent and for those with deeper issues.
since i have both 10% and 20% niacinamide, i will use the 10% in the AM (because it’s lightweight) and 20% in the PM (the texture is heavier).
these niacinamide products have helped me so much throughout my Accutane course. i had so many scars and dark spots post-Accutane - i cant live without niacinamide now! it is like an all rounded ingredient - literally helps with all kinds of concerns from bumpy texture to enlarged pores!
nothing at all

I love this in the summertime when my combo skin is its oiliest! This is what all 10% niacinamide serums should strive to be. I used it every other night (when I wasn’t using retinoid) to help my skin heal, and it never irritated me or caused any purging. I noticed a visible difference in my acne scars within the first 2 weeks!
Its a high concentration which did irritate my akin at first. The best way to use it is to ease into it: use it 2x a week and then slowly build upto every other day.

The way I use it is by adding 2-3 drops into whatever serum I’m using & that’s really all you need! I’ve repurchased this 3 times already 🤭
-One bottle of this lasts months even when I use it daily
-This 10% concentration doesn't sting my dry & sometimes sensitive skin
-Has a weightless, water-like texture
-I had a VERY stubborn hyperpigmentation patch on my cheek that was there for nearly a year & it really didn’t lighten much despite the brightening products I was using BUT this was the HG that did it for me ❤️ (not sure how long it took as I wasn’t using it religiously 😅)
-Half way through, it oxidised a little cause I forgot to close it properly & left it out in the sun (DEFS MY BAD) but I still finished it as it didn't irritate my skin & delivered results👌🏻

Gentle and didnt cause irritation. Watery texture and absorbs instantly
Good packaging and dropper design, products wont be dripping everywhere. Although the opaque packaging makes it hard to see how much products there is left.
I saw more results when i paired it with a vitamin c serum so im not sure how well it works on it own.

Bringing a little #texturetuesday and a #droppershot to you with @paulaschoice 10% Niacinamide Booster.
I have been a long time user of The Ordinary’s Niacinamide + Zinc and have been not seeing the results I had hoped. I’ve heard great things about this product by PC and decided to give it a go.
So far I’ve been impressed. I like that this one has vitamin C in it as well as I’m doing all I can to even out my skin tone. Paula’s Choice also added so many beneficial skin loving ingredients to this formula.
If you’re looking for a Niacinamide product that can give you results, results you can see within a short time, this Booster is for you. It plays well with all other skincare products, too.
Purchased by me.
Nothing bad. You may think price but the ingredient list js superb!

Another HOLY GRAIL! I use it in combination with my Azeliac Acid in the morning and with my Benzoyl Peroxide at night. Love this product! Very light, goes on easily, has done wonders for my skin! It really is all that people say it is! This is more then just hype product this is a real game changer
It can be on the expensive side, especially when converted into Canadian Dollars but still worth the money. Other then that no down sides for me.

My expectations for this puny 20ml bottles were very high. After a month of consistent use, I would say this is definitely worth it if you wanna splurge. It was easily the moist well rounded formulation here. It delivers on hydration, brightening, oil and breakout control all while being non-tacky and easily layered. You really do get what you pay for here.
At S$60 for 20 ml, this is a hard one to wholeheartly recommend as it will be out of budget for some.

Very light and watery, sinks into skin almost immediately.
I feel like I didn't apply anything on my skin. I have no issues layering it with other serums.
It has a light natural scent which is pleasing.
Very gentle, doesn't irritate skin or cause any discomfort.
My skin feels soft and smooth after application.
I used this twice a day and applied extra around my T zone.
My dull skin looks brighter and skin tone looks more even.
The best thing is it helps to keep my combination skin oil-free throughout the day.
It also helps to tighten enlarged pores especially for my nose area.
The price is not very pocket friendly

It is a very good niacinamide serum, gives a nice glow, quickly absorbs into the skin and you can combine it with so many other product to make it even better.
The only thing might be a quite hight price.

SRP: US $44.00
Size: 20 mL/ 0.67 oz
Period After Opening: 12 months
This has a texture of water. Super lightweight, has no discernible scent, doesn’t leave a tacky finish. It’s free of alcohol, fragrance, and essential oils.
I’m a tretinoin user and have pretty good skin in my opinion but still noticed obvious brightening and smoothing results within two weeks of using this. Granted that I used this along with azelaic acid (from Paula’s Choice too), I was all the same impressed. It’s also effective in balancing oil and keeping my pores clean.
My skin tolerates this well, I can use this twice a day without irritation. I’m able to use this after L-Ascorbic Acid in the morning and before tretinoin in the evening.
It works with other skincare products, there’s no pilling since it’s very watery and light.
It”s pricey so I tried another highly rated and more affordable niacinamide product but it did nothing. I went back to Paula’s Choice despite the high price tag. This is my HG and I won’t wander away anymore.
Aside from 10% niacinamide, which is brightening, this contains a few more ingredients that can help with dark spots: Ascorbyl Glucoside (a stable C derivative), Licorice, and Acetyl Glucosamine. This also has a peptide, some antioxidants, and several soothing and moisturizing ingredients.
It’s housed in an opaque glass bottle that protects the contents from light. The dropper makes application easy; three drops are all I need - one drop on the forehead and a drop each on the cheeks.
10% niacinamide may be too potent for very sensitive skin.
