Purging after using Skin1004 ampoule!

I recently received the ampoule from Skin1004. I've been using it for a couple of days now and my skin is starting to break out! I'm not sure if it's because of this since it doesn't have any harsh ingredients. I haven't done anything different nor have I added any other product into my routine. Could anyone explain what could be the reason? Edit : I've stopped using it and my skin is back to normal. I remember using a Cica sleeping mask from laneige and having a breakout as well. I used to think that it was because of the thickness but I guess now I can say that it's the ingredient. Whatever it is, allergic reaction or pore clogging, I would personally not use centella henceforth. P.S I see a lot of people getting scared of the product. Please don't! What's bad for me can be good for a lot of people and vice versa. Do what's best for YOUR SKIN! Thanks!

Best acne patch?

Acne patches have become a staple in most skin care routines. They help to conceal the existing acne and literally flatten them over night! I've only used the one from COSRX and it does a pretty good job with whiteheads that are about to pop. The more expensive zitsticka helps with deeper acne and flattens them overnight as well. Do you have a favorite that you use?

Avene trixera moisturizer for face?

Hey guys! I've in a spree of using a lot of moisturizers lately, trying to figure out the cheapest yet best moisturizer for my face. These are the one's I've used so far 1. Cerave moisturizing lotion - 2/5 (broke me out) 2. Embryolisse - 3/5 (broke me out as well + fragrance) 3. LRP toleraine sensitive - 4/5 (amazing but expensive) I'm looking at more affordable ones like trixera and other lrp ones but I'm afraid of breaking out again. I live in France. I could use some suggestions on this issue. Thanks!

TO retinol too greasy?

Is it just me or is TO's retinol feel a bit oily and heavy? This is my first ever retinol so I have no idea what to make of it. For a while now I've gone back to a hydrating and calming routine to nurse my face after an entire month of having cystic acne. I heard retinol works great for PIE but I'm a little nervous to get back to TO retinol. Suggestions? Thanks!

The new Cerave Oil Cleanser!

I don't know about others but I'm surely a big fan of Cerave and their products. They're affordable and give a bang for our buck. In terms of sustainable long term skin care routine, their lotions snd cleansers are certainly one of my top picks. I live in France and I recently came across an oil cleanser from cerave (Image attached). They cost just as much as the normal cleansers. I still have the softymo cleansing oil (which is doing a good job) and I can't wait to get it over with so I can try the one from cerave! Have you tried it yet?
