TO retinol too greasy?

Is it just me or is TO's retinol feel a bit oily and heavy? This is my first ever retinol so I have no idea what to make of it. For a while now I've gone back to a hydrating and calming routine to nurse my face after an entire month of having cystic acne. I heard retinol works great for PIE but I'm a little nervous to get back to TO retinol. Suggestions? Thanks!

Yes it is oily and can be too much for oily skin like mine. I couldn't finish it in time anyway since it has such a short PAO. Now I'm currently using 2.5% Retinol from Cos de Baha. Texture-wise is so much better, not oily at all!

In a nutshell it's a form of vitamin A that is used in the form of a serum or moisturizer. It's benefits on our skin is unparalleled and it offers benefits such as preventing acne, wrinkles, even skin tone and texture. However, it's a strong ingredient and should be used in your skincare starting from once a week and then proceed from there. It also takes months to show actual results. You can check out some YouTube videos on this or look through picky to get a better idea. Hope this helps!

I know just what you mean, Rahul! I gave up using TO's retinol on my face & using it on stretch marks on my tummy instead. For the past one month, I've been using this once weekly. It goes on smoothly & feels comfortable. I'm following you on IG. I'd appreciate if you followed me too 💕 @blueskies8whiteclouds
