Antioxidants on skincare

Lately I’ve seen a lot of tiktok content about including antioxidant in the skincare routine. I’ve been curious about how could they improve my skin and I’ve reached de conclusion that they help with skin aging and polution. Nowadays, we are exposed to a lot of harming substances that can damage our skin barrier by producing radicals that have a harmful effect on the components of our skin. Because of that, I’ve decided to start using an antioxidant on my morning routine called Resveratrol because a few years ago I tried vitamin C and I didn’t quite like it. This product has a texture that reminds me of an oil. I had to stop using it because I’m struggling with sooradic acne and I feel that is getting worse with it, but I’ll soon give it another chance. Any recommendations? I would like to know your experience with antioxidants.

Cleansing balm recommendations

I’m looking for a cleansing balm that can take off even the waterproof eye makeup. So it should be really gentle for eye care and sensitive skin. I’ve tried this two balms and I really like them, but I want to try another one. Also, I was wondering if you use a cleansing balm and a oil cleanser at the same time! Any thoughts? Scented vs unscented skincare

I’ve been at a crossroad with this issue. I’ve always loved scented products, but this days I’m more concerned about the effects of fragance containing products on our skin I’ve sensitive skin and I think this kind of products might not be the best for my skin. These days I tend to use non scented products but I feel like something’s missing! Have you felt the same? Maybe I just have to get used to it. What do you think about scented skincare products?
