Even though I use a lip balm, my lips are superdry during winter.

Help for lips, please!

Lately I’ve seen a lot of tiktok content about including antioxidant in the skincare routine. I’ve been curious about how could they improve my skin and I’ve reached de conclusion that they help with skin aging and polution. Nowadays, we are exposed to a lot of harming substances that can damage our skin barrier by producing radicals that have a harmful effect on the components of our skin.

Because of that, I’ve decided to start using an antioxidant on my morning routine called Resveratrol because a few years ago I tried vitamin C and I didn’t quite like it. This product has a texture that reminds me of an oil. I had to stop using it because I’m struggling with sooradic acne and I feel that is getting worse with it, but I’ll soon give it another chance.

Any recommendations? I would like to know your experience with antioxidants.

Antioxidants on skincare

I’m looking for a cleansing balm that can take off even the waterproof eye makeup. So it should be really gentle for eye care and sensitive skin.

I’ve tried this two balms and I really like them, but I want to try another one. 

Also, I was wondering if you use a cleansing balm and a oil cleanser at the same time!

Any thoughts?

I’ve been at a crossroad with this issue. 

I’ve always loved scented products, but this days I’m more concerned about the effects of fragance containing products on our skin

 I’ve sensitive skin and I think this kind of products might not be the best for my skin. 

These days I tend to use non scented products but I feel like something’s missing! 

Have you felt the same? 

Maybe I just have to get used to it.

What do you think about scented skincare products?

I think that I will finish it in two weeks, I expected it to last longer

It’s very moisturizing and soft. It melts to my lips, almost like an oil. It’s not sticky at all. It lasts long and has SPF15 and vitamins.

This oil cleanser is one of the best cleansers I’ve ever tried. The package makes it so easy to use and just with one or two pumps is enough for the whole face.

The texture is not sticky at all and it feels so light, it’s not thick at all. It’s slightly scented but I can’t barely feel it. 

I use it at night as a part of the double cleansing. I use two pumps and I warm it a little bit with my hands. Then I apply it directly on my skin on circular movement. I do it more deeply on my T zone and on my eye lashes if I have mascara. Then I use a little bit of water so that it turns into a cleansing milk. I massage it a little bit and I rinse it off. It doesn’t feel oily at all, it feels refreshed.

Also, this is the third bottle of product that I’ve bought, so I quite like it 🩵

I don’t like the applicator because it’s round and it makes it very difficult to get the product because of its viscosity. It’s also herbal like scented and I don’t like it. A lot of product is wasted due to the packaging.

This product really mositurizes extra dry lips, it can seem a little dense at the beginning, but it mels to the skin and it doesn’t feel sticky at all. I use it daily because on wintertime my lips are extra dry and nothing seems to deal with this dryness. This product helps a lot and the effect last about one or two hours, but then, the dryness appears again. 

Nothing. I like the formulation and the package

I love the packaging of this product. It’s very easy to use and it let’s you get only the product you need. The applicator is glass-like which makes it easy to see the amount of product you’re using. 

The formulation is very complete because it has caffeine, which helps with the puffiness. It also has retinol which helps to refine fine lines and smoothing this area. Another key ingredient are peptides which tones skin.

I use this product at night because it has retinol and it makes the skin sensitive to the sun. Also, I don’t use it everyday, because I like to use more moisturizing eye creams too. So I use this product every other day.

So far, I feel that my skin is smoother, but I haven’t felt that my fine lines are blurring or disappearing. I feel that this is an effect that needs more time, because I’ve been using it for 3 months. I guess that with time I will see further results.
