Nothing is so bad with the product but since Iโve tried other cica based serum before, I find this one a bit lacking in terms of calming, hydration, and moisture. It is also momentarily sticky when applied.

I didn't really get the calming benefit but overall it is comfortable to use, very versatile application and most importantly it doesn't trigger any negative reactions
