Dry/Sensitive

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 is definitely the ultimate hydrating solution for your skin. I can never get enough of it. It is by far the best product I have used for my face and I am sure it is thanking me each time I use it. Main ingredients include; Aqua (Water), Sodium Hyaluronate, Pentylene Glycol, Propanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Panthenol, Ahnfeltia Concinna Extract, Glycerin, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Citric Acid, Isoceteth-20, Ethoxydiglycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol. The serum targets dryness and it is a water-based formula combining low-, medium- and high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid molecules and a next-generation HA crosspolymer to support hydration to multiple layers of your skin. It also targets the appearance of wrinkles and textural irregularities. Plus, it uses pro-vitamin B5 to enhance hydration at the outer layers, resulting in smoother, plumper skin. It is suited for All skin types. It is a smoothing serum that offers short and long-term hydration. Boosts skin hydration after 1 week (with sustained results after 4 weeks). Strengthens skin barrier, noticeably smoother and more supple skin and reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles after 4 weeks. You can use it in the morning and at evening time. Make sure to damp your face before using it and always use it before moisturizers. I prefer to apply a few drops on my face and messaging it in gently. You should always do a patch test prior to use. If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician. It is free from; alcohol, oil, and silicone. Most importantly it is Vegan, Cruelty-free, and gluten-free. It has a pH level of 6.00-7.50. Overall, I am in love with this product. It goes on very smootly, makes my face really soft and shiny. The bottle is super unique and fancy and the dropper dispenses nicely. The serum is thick but lightweight, and absorbs fairly quickly while leaving a smooth layer on top. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants to keep their skin happy and healthy. I am so happy that I found this skincare line.

Oily/Sensitive

have noticed that my skin is less red and irritated since I started using this serum and and I am really impressed with the results. I have sensitive skin, but this serum has helped to calm my skin and I have not experienced any negative side effects from using this serum. The serum is a lightweight, milky liquid that absorbs quickly into the skin. It has a slightly sweet scent, but it is not overpowering. I apply the serum twice a day, after cleansing and before moisturizing. I would highly recommend this serum to anyone looking for a soothing and barrier-supporting product. *Received this product free from The Ordinary in exchange for my honest review*

Oily/Resilient

This is the BEST moisturizer I have ever used!! It's a watery gel consistency, which helps hydrate my skin without causing oiliness. A lot of moisturizers end up making me look oily and greasy, and also don't want to sink into my skin well. This gel moisturizer sinks in quickly and doesn't leave any sticky residue on my skin.

☁️This moisturizer contains all three of the recommended ingredients for a good moisturizer (humectants, emollients and occlusives). Is infused with multiple amino acids, in combination with fatty acids, triglycerides, urea, ceramides, phospholipids, glycerin, saccharides, sodium PCA, hyaluronic acid and many other compounds that are naturally present in the skin. 🧴It has a dense texture. A small amount goes a long way. It glides on the skin smoothly and quickly absorbs without leaving a greasy residue or feeling. 💬My experience 💬 This cream is perfect to keep the skin very moisturized, it is the best cream of this type that I have tried. It doesn't clog my pores at all, works great under makeup and absorbs quickly, leaving that perfect layer of hydration for the whole day. Although its texture is heavy it doesn't leave me feeling anything, I have combination skin and I have never felt that this cream is heavy, it is very nice on the skin. I will definitely buy it again and recommend it.

Dry/Resilient

This is a water based serum which makes it easier for the skin to absorb.  It contains multiple Peptides which target signs of ageing within the eye contour area.  This includes crow's feet, under eye wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles.  It is a great 'all in one' product which targets multiple concerns in one go. The serum is the second step in The Ordinary’s Prep, Treat, Seal regimen and can be used in the morning and evening after cleanser but before using serums, creams and oils. This Peptide serum is the first of it's kind for @theordinary and is a great addition to their Peptide range. The serum contains Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 as well as Niacinamide and Fraxinus Excelsior Bark Extract to encourage exfoliation leaving the eye area looking brighter and smoother.  it also contains Amino Acids and multiple Hyaluronic Acid complexes which significantly improve the feel of skin elasticity and firmness.  𝕄𝕪 𝕆𝕡𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕠𝕟 The serum is very light and has a slightly oily but silky feel to it when first applied.  After application, it absorbs quickly and leaves no oily residue.  My undereye skin feels very soft and hydrated and the skin surface is very smooth.  I have noticed that the morning puffiness I usually suffer with disappears after using the serum and the undereye skin is much brighter with no dark circles.  I have quite dry undereye skin but this serum has helped to get rid of this and the skin feels alittle firmer. The serum works well with my other skincare products and causes no irritation to my eyes.

Oily/Resilient

Ok so I'm about to share not only a review but kind of a hack, because I've found that this toner not only works a treat when being used on the face, but also, and even better, when used in the body. More specifically it's a great solution for bacne! Those pesky blackheads and pimples that plague the back of us oily skinned divas don't stand a chance against this. The hack is to put it on a spray bottle, or you can just add a spray cap on the original bottle if you have one that fits. Then after shower, or before bed, spray it on your back and let it dry for a couple minutes before putting clothes on. I normally do that at night because that's when I like to shower, whenever I feel my back is in need of it. If you want to do it on your morning routine, just be sure to cover it with SPF because AHA sensitizes the skin to UV rays. And this solution has plenty of it, with 7% Glycolic Acid. I've found that if I use it everyday on my face it can be a bit drying, soap few times a week is ideal. But on my back I can use it daily during summer and it really helps keep my pores under control on the scorching Australian heat. And it's a steal for the price. The brand claims that "Glycolic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid that exfoliates the skin. This 7% toning solution offers mild exfoliation for improved skin radiance and visible clarity. The formula also improves the appearance of skin texture with continued use. This formula contains a studied Tasmanian Pepperberry derivative. This derivative is of plant origin and varies in colour seasonally and this colour variation may be apparent in the formula from time to time. The formula is further supported with inclusion of ginseng root and aloe vera for both visible radiance and skin soothing benefits." Which I found to be pretty much true! Highly recommend.
