Every so often I’ll try a new skincare product and it will simply wow me. This is one of those products. From the very first moment of opening up the box to discover the most beautiful jar with a spatula neatly and hygienically wrapped inside its own little packet, I knew this was special. Initially I thought it looked like a thick and luxurious cream but when I applied it, it melted like butter without leaving a greasy residue. I genuinely cannot describe how amazing it feels as the balm glides across my skin, leaving behind a subtle honey scent that I can’t get enough of. I always enjoy applying my skincare products but this is another level of enjoyment! Also, because of the way it melts into my skin, a little goes a long way so I know this jar is really going to last. As for results, I have definitely noticed that my skin is smoother and looks healthier since switching to this Oil-in Balm. I’m excited to see how it continues to enhance my skin’s youth recovery with long term use.

When I first used this, I was surprised by the liquidy texture, I’ve never used a moisturiser like this before so it felt very different. I also wasn’t sure how good it would be at providing my skin with enough moisture because, as someone who is prone to dry skin, I often find that lightweight products don’t give my skin what it needs. So I applied it for the first time during my bedtime routine and noticed that it didn’t absorb as quickly as I had expected considering the texture. It felt really nice and light on my skin but I wasn’t sure how effective it would be. However, when I woke up in the morning, I couldn’t believe how incredibly soft my skin felt. It was hugely noticeable, after just one use! With time I have continued to be impressed by its moisturising power and have since bought a second tube. I think this is going to be a regular in my routine ☺️.

If you want a cream that melts into your skin like butter and makes it feel so smooth, plumped and hydrated then you will undoubtably truly love this moisturizer by @drunkelephant as much as I do.

I actually really like it as a primer. Its moisturizing and gives me the prittiest subtle glow 😊 it also smells like an orange candy

This is a delightful cream, I didn’t expect to enjoy using it as much as I do! The packaging is good, I like products like this to come in tubes because I find them easier and quicker to use. I’ve been using it during my bedtime skincare routine, after my cleanser, toner and serum. The cream itself feels smooth and silky on application, such a pleasure to use. It absorbs really well without leaving any kind of sticky feeling as it works to improve elasticity and firm my skin. My skin definitely feels smooth after using this for a short period of time so I’m looking forward to seeing the long term benefits.
