I pop one on when my pimples are big and white before going to sleep and the next day all that gunk is out ans the size of the pimples is hardly there. I suggest to put the Hero Cosmetics Post Blemis Balm and its probably the best combo! Helps me from not picking my acne and is hardly visible for day pimples.
