If you have oily skin, and are looking to control your sebum while shrinking your pores... I highly recommend this mask. It is a creamy clay mask with ground up mugwort leaf & red bean powder. It spreads easily across the skin. It does have an herb-ish smell, which I am guessing is the mugwort? I find it to be pleasant! It is non-irritating, and never leaves my skin feeling dried out or tight. I use it once a week, and I find that I have less sebum production (especially the day after) use. It also clears out my pores while giving them a smaller appearance. Key Ingredients: Mugwort Leaf Powder - helps to soothe and treat sensitive and acne prone skin. The Teami Beauty Mask has such a lovely blue color. It is a really creamy clay mask that spreads easily. After it dries down, it comes off better when using a makeup eraser (or when in the shower). It does feel a little tight when it dries down, but my skin always feels amazing after use. I find that my complexion look brighter, smoother, and still hydrated after use. There is a light fragrance to the mask, but it is not overpowering. Key Ingredients: Butterfly Flower - Where the mask gets it's color, but it is also rich in antioxidants & polyphenols that help to rejuvenate skin; Zinc Oxide - address skin damage, and helps maintain moisture; Kaolin Clay - a gentle exfoliator that also absorbs excess oils & impurities, and smooths the skin

This is a rich, but spreadable, clay mask. The green color is so vibrant too! It is easy to apply with a silicone mask brush. It does have a nice natural scent (if you like matcha and lemongrass... which I do!). It doesn't overpower you while you're applying the mask, and it dissipates while the mask dries down. It does become a little tight while it is drying down. It can be a bit messy to wash off, unless you're using a washcloth/makeup eraser. After use, my skin always looks clean, smooth, and refreshed. My pores are definitely clear, which makes them look smaller! Key [Superfood] Ingredients: Matcha Green Tea - antibacterial, reduces inflammation, and evens skin tone. The antioxidants are also known for reducing acne and increasing skin elasticity. Lemongrass - helps flush out toxins, shrinks pore size, and tightens/firms skin. I love the VT Cica Capsule mask! This green tea and clay mask is the whole package for me. It has such a creamy texture, it just glides across your skin when applied. You can also see tiny pieces of organic material in the product (don't be alarmed). While on my face, it does not dry out my skin or leave it with tightness. It actually leaves it feeling moisturized, but I know that it was also clearing out my pores. After removal my skin looks clear, smooth, and bright. I noticed that my oil production was also not crazy the next day. I can usually get two uses out of each capsule, as there is a generous portion in each pod. I love the convenience of being able to take this on a quick overnight as well! Key ingredients include: Green Tea and Jasmine Orange extracts (for sebum absorption and pore care, Centella Asiatica Extract (improves skin hydration), and green propolis extract (smooths and soothes the skin).

I received this product for free from Picky and Dewytree in exchange for my honest review. Wow. I am in love. The texture is a really creamy gel. There are particulates in the blend, but they don't detract from the smoothness of the consistency. It also has a delicious herbal minty scent. After 10 minutes, it is easy to rinse off (including the ground Centella Asiatica and Mint leaves, aka, Cicamint™). It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and smooth. It did not irritate my skin, or leave any redness. Key Ingredients: 6 kinds of clay (Canadian colloidal clay, Kaolin, Ylide, Hectorite, Bentonite, and Montmorillonite) - lift impurities and sebum. Cicamint™ - soothes and cools the skin.

I have enjoyed all the purlisse masks that I have used. The Blue Lotus Seed Mud Mask + Exfoliant does such a wonderful job of absorbing excess oil and impurities, and scrubbing away dead skin cells. My skin always looks smoother, and has a healthy glow after use. My pores feel like they were cleaned out completely, without being dried out. There are little exfoliants that add texture to the creamy base of this mask, and it applies easily. I feel a slight tingling when I first apply, but that goes away after a minute. It dries down quickly, but doesn't feel overly tight. It is free from parabens, sulfates, phthalate, and mineral oil. This mask checks all the boxes for me. ✔ helps to clean & tighten pores ✔ helps regulate sebum ✔ easy on the bank account The product easily glides on my skin. When drying, it doesn't make my face feel tight or itchy. Once removed, my skin looks so smooth and soft. It does have a light fragrance, but is not overpowering. It really does help with blackheads, and I can't recommend enough for those with oily skin! I am almost done with my first jar, and will definitely have it on my to buy again list.
